Hotel staff very welcoming and attentive. Great room service staff! Terrific complimentary warm chocolate chip cookies!!! Clean, comfortable rooms, attached parking; close to major attractions: Rock n roll Hall of Fame, Cleveland Indians, Browns, and Cavaliers.

“Will definitely be returning!”

My husband and I stayed here for a Cleveland Browns game. We were able to park in the hotel garage in the morning even before checking in later that afternoon. The staff at the front desk were all so helpful and friendly. We were given warm cookies upon check-in and were pleased with our room. We went to the hotel bar later that evening to watch the 8pm game and enjoyed cocktails and pizza/wings. A more extensive menu was available as well. A++++

“Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Here We Come!!”

Cleveland was the perfect summer getaway. The Doubletree hotel is walking distance from the R&R Hall of fame. The lakeside location was cool and comfortable. A shuttle took us to all of our dining choices and other museums and was included in the cost of our stay. We flew out and did not have to worry about parking. We had a great time!

“Perfect Downtown Location”

Double Tree is located within walking distance of the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame, the Browns Stadium, Science Center and the pier. Also not far from the Indians Stadium. It was perfect.

“Good value!”

We used the "unpublished" rate and got 2 rooms (albeit on 2 different floors!) for the price of 1! The rooms were a little small, there was quite a bit of furniture in the room (Queen bed, night stands, desk, dresser, ottoman, and free standing closet) which probably made it feel smaller than it really is. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very nice (nice size and very clean!). Although there was a lot going on in the hotel, it was very quite in our rooms! The restaurant closes fairly early but the bar serves the full menu till 10pm or so. The food was a bit pricey but tasted good! I recommend the perch dinner... Yum!
