Last minute arrangementPosted Oct 28, 2014
Pros: Pleasant staff
Made the reservation last minute for a conference. The front desk was gracious upon arrival and the chocolate cookies were warm and welcoming. We were placed in a handicapped accessible room. It was clean and large and on an upper floor with a nice view, but not facing the Cleveland skyline. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom large and with a good array of needed supplies. The valets were kind and efficient. The restaurant was open late and while a bit expensive, the portions were more than fair sized. Overall, a fine last minute stay. The hotel itself is well situated for the Cleveland Clinic and Case Western but nothing else really around. Off the interstates a bit so not easy access. Would be happy to stay again if in the area.

Nice Hotel-Warm Chocolate Chip Cookies!Posted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Maintenanance of room - broken door hinge.
Location: 10 minutes from dowtown by car.
This hotel is generally pleasing but can take a few hints on excellence in room cleanliness. Linens were top notch, but missed details included refreshing the room with clean glassess and attention to details on floors. This room had a farm door over across the bathroom, but a couple of parts were missing, i.e. door stopper and handle which caused the door to frequently come off the track.

Good ReveiwPosted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: The room,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Cons: See comments about making the lobby more inviting.
Location: Colleges, museum, and concert hall!
The room are just outstanding................ The lobby could be livened up some. The dark wood makes it too dark More should be done to market the restaurant, It's a nice place. Parking is too expensive for guests visiting he hotel.

GREAT hotelPosted Oct 7, 2014
We travel to Cleveland about 5 times a year to hear the Cleveland orchestra. This was the first time, and might I say, not the last time, that we stayed at the Tudor Arms hotel. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were treated as royalty. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was large and spotless. The bed was very comfortable. We would have walked the short half mile to Severance Hall but the wind was ridiculous. They have a free shuttle to take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. The restaurant was clean and quiet. A little too bright for a romantic dinner. The food was GREAT. The breakfast buffet was abundant. We have only great things to say about this hotel.

Spacious, immaculate room! Hardwood floors, A+.Posted Sep 20, 2014
Pros: Courteous and helpful staff, exceptional quality and value of room service, free shuttle service, excellent location and very reasonable rate.
Cons: Pick up service of the hotel shuttle.
Location: The location was very close to the Cleveland Clinic and the free shuttle was available to take guests to the hospital, dining or shopping.
From the fast friendly check-in to the spacious, immaculately clean room, excellent room service quality and dedicated staff, our stay was one of the best hotel experiences we have had in our extensive travels. It was also the most reasonably priced quality hotels we have discovered.

Nice hotel close to Cleveland Clinic.Posted Sep 16, 2014
We had two stays one week apart. We were welcomed back with open arms by the hotel's warm and friendly staff. Our request for a small frig for our room was met in less than 15 minutes. We took advantage of the hotel's shuttle service to travel back and forth to The Cleveland Clinic where our daughter was a patient. The drivers were polite and friendly.
