“Convenience, Location, Personable Employees”

We enjoyed our stay here. The desk staff went out of their way to be helpful and ensure that we had a good experience. I would recommend this motel to anybody looking for great value and a great location.

“Would stay there again”

The staff was very good,they changed our room to a king size bed and didn't charge us exter.The breakfast was nice.the pool looked nice and clean,we just didn't try it,cause the weather was too chill for us.We would stay there again.

“A place to sleep”

If you need a place to sleep while travelling on I-80, this is the hotel for you. It is not fancy, but the staff was friendly and it was clean.

“Average Hotel”

Just an average hotel. Nothing special. Checking in late (midnight) and checking out early (5:30 am) was quite odd as the lobby was closed and we were required to check in and out through a window like you might find in front of a bank teller, which made it difficult to hear and perform the transaction, especially when the hostess had to go to the lobby counter for everything that she needed (computer, credit card machine, etc.).

the room was clean, but it was dark and kind of old. The price was right though and that made me satisfied.

“Clean and reasonable but manager needs some customer service lessons”

I arrived late and the staff was pleasant, got me to my room quickly. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable. I liked it so much I stopped on the way back as well. Although because I had not booked with Expedia I did not get near as good a rate which was a bit annoying given I had just stayed there a week previous. I would have thought the manager, the same girl who checked me in on the outbound trip, would have given me the same rate since I was a recent return customer.

The hotel appeared acceptably clean but broken down in general. I reserved a room that specifically mentioned being equipped with a coffee maker, blowdryer and an iron, however the room had none. The hotel advertizes wireless internet, but when I inquired about getting on, I was informed that the network "blew up" and hasn't been fixed. The alarm clock radio was broken. The vending machine took my money without delivering, but worst of all, they office failed to give me the requested wake-up call in the morning. There was no manager on site to speak with about these problems, and the woman at check out was indifferent. I'm comfortable staying at cheap hotels but will never go back to this one.

“SMOKY ROOM SET OFF ASTHMA!”

THREAD-BARE BEDDING ON LOW-TO-THE-GROUND BEDS. RUSTY NON-WORKING SHOWER. SMELLED STRONGLY OF SMOKE IN A NON-SMOKING ROOM THAT MADE MY MOTHER'S ASTHMA GO WILD! NOT IMPRESSED!
