Very pleasant service

When I arrived my TV was broken .. then Gave me a upgrade to a beautiful new room with couch that turns into a bed .. Not much of a fitness center .. no weights at all..treadmill they have Pool and jacuzzi was great.. and if you need a taxi to get around ? Ask for ZANE.. The front workers will know who that is.. great deals he gives you and very nice man overall .. very pleasant stay I had in Cleveland

Very Disappointing

Pros: The staff was friendly.
Cons: The condition of the hotel.
Location: Just a strip mall near by. Not in a good neighborhood.
Curtains were ragged and torn, the carpet had recently been installed and was not finished. The hotel was hard to find since it was posted as a Ramada Inn but was actually a Fairbridge Inn and you did not realize that until you entered the lobby. It needed to be completely remodeled before opening as the new facility. The furniture in the lobby was old, in disrepair, and mismatched.

The stay was nice. The people who checked u in was nice. The person who does the continental breakfast was rude. She hated for u to touch anything. Both times I stayed she was the same. Not much of a selection for breakfast. The breakfast room was too hot. The rooms we stayed in was nice, clean, quiet. Need to make sure the ice machines work. Had to go all the way to desk for ice.

they pretend to be ramada hotel

Pros: big parking.
Cons: everything?
Location: nothing to do don't stay there.
took us 3 rooms before we founded clean room. lobby looks new big, pretty impressing but elevator door open and u see dirty walls, carpet full of stains. and room no better sheets look like used before. parking have no lights. they use Ramada hotel sign but standard is below motel 6

The pool closes early, the room was dirty, the breakfast was missing the waffles, when asked for the batter the woman running the breakfast said "I'm getting it" very arrogantly and proceeded to sit and fold napkins for the next 15 minutes instead. I would never stay here again regardless of the pricing.

Too far from Case Westerne

Pros: Nice staff. Plenty of space to walk the dog.
Cons: More working ice machine. More space for breakfast. Cleaner rooms.
Location: Not much to do near by.
This place was adequate, but not great. We stayed here thinking it would be "close" to Case Western Reserve University and that we could bring our dog. It took 20min by expressway to get on campus so this wasn't very convenient. There are very few places to eat near by. Taking the expressway another 15-20 minutes west finally put us at a mall with choices. The staff was pleasant, but there was only one working ice machine for 5 floors of rooms. Overall, we won't be going back when we visit CWRU.

Horrible experience!

First it took 15 min got some one to wait on me to check in. Then we get to room and it smells horrible! There was no toilet paper, wall paper falling off wall, mattresses were so old they sink to ground when sat on. You could see water damage on ceiling. Breakfast was a disgrace. Honestly the worst hotel experience I've ever had!

Untidy and Dirty Room. Unhygenic Food

Cons: Please clean the Room , Maintain the Elevator , Air freshner to be sprayed. Food Area to be made Hygenic
The Experience was Bad. 1. Hotel Room was Dirty 2. Breakfast was un Hygenic. Food Placed openly and no Tweezers were placed to pick the Food. 3. Elevator had foul smell. 4. One Elevator was broken. 5. Appliances in room were not clean. 6. Hand wash/ Body wash places in rest room was used before. 7. Towel was old and worn out.
