“Cleveland ROCKS!!”

I had a wonderful stay in Cleveland. The hotel was central to everything that I wanted to see. Easy walk to the Q arena, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Browns Stadium. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was still going through some rennovation but it never really affected me during my stay. The rooms were very nicely done and comfortable. I would definitely use the Hampton Inn again when visiting Cleveland

“The Hampton Inn Cleveland Downtown”

If you need a great place to stay while you're in downtown Cleveland, the Hampton Inn is the place to stay! It's a great location near the House of Blues and other points of interest. The staff are very friendly & do superb job! I look forward to staying here again next year!

“Excellent Staff and Room”

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations which is the only reason I rated the condition as a 4. The staff here made everything worthwhile; my brother was having work done at the Cleveland Clinic and our stress level was outrageous. The hotel breakfast attendants, valets and cleaning staff where so genuinely friendly and helpful that it made a stressful time more bearable. The rooms we stayed in were recently renovated and were absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable.

“Great downtown location”

The only reason I didn't give the hotel a 5 on condition was that it was being rennovated downstairs around the check in desk, but overall, our room was newly redone and very comfortable!

Amazing hotel, amazing service including complimentory breakfast, Velet, front desk, maids. The only downfall was that the bar was under construction.

The rooms were clean and newly renovated so very nice. Great staff, very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised at the large breakfast selection. I was expecting cereal and some baked goods. I would stay here again.

Hotel featured a friendly and attentive staff. Room was very clean. Some noise from other guests on the floor but was expected on a busy Saturday night. Choice of self-park or valet. I recommend the Valet. Well worth the $15. per night as there are few place to park on the street.

“Surprisingly good”

I did not expect this hotel can be so nice. Extremely helpful and friendly frontdesk. The breakfast was decent. The room was very clean. Very convenient and safe areas. I definitely recommend people to stay at this hotel. It is worth your money.
