“Great for business traveler”

I liked the easy accessibility to both the highway, downtown, cleveland heights and is RIGHT across from the stadium! It was nice that there was a business center free of charge as well as a fitness center. Mostly I loved the complimentary wireless internet for my room. The room service food was delicious as well.

“Comfortable, delightful stay, close to attractions”

Everyone was so kind and helpful. They called us Mister and Ms. along with our last name. They remembered us! I thought this was great! They offered to call our cab and were enthusiastic about helping us. They offered a great breakfast bar for $10. including free drinks, omelets, pancakes, and french toast prepared for you while you enjoy the rest of the bar. It included yogurt, cereal fruit, different pastries, bagels, juice, bacon, gravy, other types of breads (muffins, biscuits, and english muffins. They also open for dinner time. They were already decorated for the upcoming holiday with a beautiful tree in the foyer! The beds are comfortable as long as you take the time to adjust your setting. My bf did not, but I did and I only sleep that well on my memory foam, and didnt wake up groggy as I often do at hotels. We went to the horseshoe casino and then the following day the Rock hall. These are both very easy to get to and close! The cab fare was only $6. to the casino! They actually provide free shuttle to these places, however we stayed on Thanksgiving. Ladies: name brand shampoo/ conditioner/ lotion/ and face soap in bathrooms!

“Aussie Spud 2012”

I stayed here in May 2012.The staff were helpful at all times directing an Aussie who was slightly lost in Cleveland. The room was quiet with no noise from people next door or from street level. The hotel is right across the street from Progressive Field which is the reason i was in Cleveland.

“Nice Hotel”

The hotel was great. Nice rooms and reasonable price. There is also a pool and hot tub for kids. The only thing that I did not like was the $16.00/day parking charge. I did not know about that until we checked out. That's a lot; Ouch!!

“Great Hotel”

The staff at the hotel were friendly, and extreemly helpful. The rooms were nice, but not out of this world. The heater was loud when it kicked on which made it so that you couldnt hear the TV, but besides that it was a great stay.

“Pleasant stay.”

The location was great to restaurants, Rocking Roll Hall of Fame and stadiums. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. There is a fee for parking per night but it is a secured lot.

“Perfectly located, clean and quiet”

Everyone were so kind and helpful. I will definitely return to thislovely, clean, and well located hotel. Tip: don't park at the hotel! There's a parking lot across the street for only $3-5 per day, which is MUCH better than the $20/ day parking at the hotel.
