great locale

Pros: room, quiet
Cons: take out the speed bumps
Location: right off interstate, close to major roads, restuarants. gas across the street, car wash next door. good breakfast next door. great deli and pi
Outside doesn't look the best, but room was updated. Good restaurant and easy parking.

Pros: just a nice place to stay, friendly people.
Location: Trains right near by, nice indoor pool.. nice place
I stayed at a 4 star hotel in Miami. I couldnt even check in until 4 pm. I arrived here and even thou they say 3 oclock check in. They had no prob that I checked in at noon. Good price and very accomidating. Id stay again without any 2nd thoughts.

Nice location, but the bed was horrible

The staff is great and the location is good, right next to RTA. The restaurant is really good, too. But the smoking rooms smelled like an ashtray and the bed was very uncomfortable. I'll stay at LaQuinta next time.

Arrived to find out that I couldn't get my IHG Rewards points because the reservation was booked through Expedia. I told the young lady that I should still get 500 points as a IHG Platinum Member. She explained they don't honor that policy because the hotel is privately owned. Huh?! The hotel is in dire need of an update, including the dirty-looking, stained carpet. My bathroom had no toilet paper roll holder, so the roll just sat on the counter. For the nightly rate, I've stayed at much nicer hotels within the IHG brand. I'd opt for a Holiday Inn Express before staying here again. At least I would have gotten a free breakfast out of the ordeal!

Disappointed

Pros: The pool was warm.
I had to get a new key 4 times because it stopped working several times. There was no ice maker on my floor so I had to go up 1 or down 1 to get ice then my key to the room would not work so I had go to the front desk or call for them to come up to my room, it was a mess.

The experience could have being better the room was funky and there wasn't a refrigerator to put your food or drink also the cleaning staff came at 7:30 to try and clean the room even though check out is at 12:00 the AC was very noisy overall the experience was a 5 out of 10

Very Disappointing Stay

Pros: It was close to the airport.
Cons: The clerks need computer training. The van needs to have steps low enough to get into and out of them without strain. Not enough electrical outlets.
Location: Airport
We got to the motel at 11:30PM. The staff had not entered all the checkins on their computer. As a consequence we were given a room that was already occupied. No room available. They finally found us a room at a considerable distance away from the airport (kudos on finding that.) The driver of their van over to the DoubleTree regaled us with how bad and incompetent the management at the Holiday Inn was. On our return, a week later, the hotel did not seem to have our reservation! We were not budging. A clerk finally found the reservation under my MIDDLE name! At least we got a room that night.

Everything's. Dirty old stained rugs ceilings no breakfast small bathroom room internet kept cutting out No moreto say. Wldnt stay therwe. Again

The staff was not helpful. Could not even give suggestions on what pizza place delivers to the hotel. Breakfast was not included as stated.
