The free shuttle picked us up at the airport witin 15 minutes of our flight arrival. We were checked in hassle free. The hotel was comfortable, quite and clean. The free breakfast was good with plenty of variety. We had express check-out. Overall a good experience.

Staff was helpful, friendly and kind. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and tasty. I enjoyed the stay and would go there again if I needed to be in Cleveland again. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The courtesy, cleanliness, and cheerful willingness made our 4-day stay unforgetable. We used all the facilities while here and were pleased with how comfortable and relaxed our stay was. My daughter and I were in Cleveland on business as well as pleasure. My husband could entertain her two boys in the pool while we were at meetings, and we all enjoyed a full, very satisfying breakfast to start each day. We liked the convenient location, and we found the staff to be very helpful to us. Every need was thought about before it became a necessity. We are in Cleveland each year and this is now our favorite place to stay!

Stayed at the hotel for family trip to IX amusement park. Hotel provided transportation to IX center. this saved $8.00 doe parking. Shuttle runs until midnight. Hot breakfast was excellent. My children loved the swimming pool. Great hotel. I will stay at this location again.

Close, convenient, clean and comfortable hotel to use close to the airport.

Clean and efficient -- it's what an 'express hotel' should be. Not much in or around hotel (it's in a residential neighborhood) but it's perfect if you're just looking for a place to sleep No problems at all. Front desk staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet. Pool is small an lighting dim.
