“A Charming Experience”

I thought I'd be traveling alone but ended up having a friend with me. Making the change upon arrival for 2 beds was no problem and we were allowed to check in several hours early. The first charming thing was the small wooden elevators that took us to our spacious room. Breakfast was satisfying and had nice variety. All the staff that we dealt with were very pleasant and seemed happy with what they did.

“Cleveland Holiday Inn Express Downtown”

Very pleased with everything. Very nice and comfortable room. Location ideal for the entertainment district and nice area restaurants close by.

“Great Hotel”

I loved this hotel. The room was HUGE, nice comfortable beds, excellent breakfast in the morning. In close walking distance to progressive field, the Q, house of blues and Tower City. We stay in Cleveland often and this is by far the best hotel for the price! Cant't beat it. We will definately stay again.

“Very Pleased”

We enjoyed the room, felt it was very nice. The staff was very helpful and kind. We didn't have water on the last morning of our stay and the staff quickly brought bottled water to us. There are plenty of places around the hotel within walking distance and we felt that was a plus.

We were very impressed with the size of our room, the cleanliness, and comfort. We could not have asked for better accommodations. My son is in a wheelchair and although double rooms are not technically "accessible", the bathroom was large enough to accommodate his chair. Our only problem was that there were only two chairs and although we asked twice, we never did get that extra chair so we could all sit to the table. It was a minor thing compared to how nice our room was and we will definitely stay here on other occasions.

Room was very spacious with hardwood floors. Staff was courteous and helpful. Continental breakfast had a lot of selection. Walking distance to the rock and roll hall oF fame.

we have stayed here before. as always, the rooms are clean, the location is excellent! i would highly recomend this hotel for overnnight or a couple night stay.

Another great aspect to staying in this hotel, is its location. THe hotel was in wlaking distance to many areas of downtown. The beds, pillows, amenities were exceptional!
