“Absolutely fabulous!”

I've stayed at this hotel twice now and both times my stay was wonderful. Great atmosphere and within walking distance of great restaurants and attractions. I would recommend having breakfast in the hotel's restaurant....a little pricey but worth the splurge. I will definitely consider staying there in the future.

“Really nice”

Beautiful hotel! Loved the unique interior. The room was clean and quiet. We picked this hotel since it was in walking distance of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. There's also a good selection of restaurants nearby.

“Arcade is a top rate hotel”

The Hyatt has done a wonderful job of refurbishing the old Arcade (America's first indoor mall) Each room has character and is nicely appointed and very comfortable. This hotel is within walking distance of everything in downtown Cleveland. The only thing I would ding this hotel for is the restaurant. It is very high priced for what you get in return. There are many other options within the area to choose from when you are hungry. That said, this hotel is at the top of our list every time we visit Cleveland!

“A great hotel for a great weekend.”

The Hyatt Regency at the Arcade exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel was beautiful and unique. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and always willing to assist with a smile. The location was great. A perfect locale to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. We loved it and can't wait to go back.

“Nice Hotel in Historic Landmark”

The Arcade in Cleveland is a beautiful building. This hotel is very close to Progressive Field, Quicken Loans Arena and excellent restaurants/clubs.

“Downtown Cleveland's Excellent & Historic Hotel”

The hotel staff was extremely courteous; and, provided our ultimate "two-reservation" party of 6 persons, individualized attention. Everyone in my party of 4 enjoyed the ambience and the view from the restaurant located off of the Arcade; and, the varied selections of food offered on the menu was reasonably priced. My niece thoroughly enjoyed a last-minute reservation at the salon, also located off the Arcade and took advantage of the hotel discount coupon offered to residents of the Hyatt. What a beautiful hotel experience we had: morning, noon and night!

“Wonderfully Unique”

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for seven nights in June 2008. We were very impressed. From check-in to check-out everything was perfect. The hotel staff was wonderful and welcoming. Our room was on the 9th (top) floor at the back of the hotel overlooking 4th street. The view was beautiful. We even got to watch a fireworks display they had at Progressive Stadium. 4th street has several really good places to eat. We walked all over downtown at all hours of the day and night and felt perfectly safe as there was a large police presence in the area. The House of Blues was just across the street but we could not hear them in our room. Our room, as well as the rest of the hotel, was clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay there again. Our only wish would be that there would be more stores in the Arcade and they would have longer hours to make the "down time" more interesting.
