Cons: Update the plumbing and the A/C
Location: Right in the heart of downtown Cleveland. EVERYTHING is in walking distance.

Great hotel, refurbished roomsPosted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: Architectural beauty of the arcade, convenience to attractions
Cons: Maybe shops and restaurants could be coaxed to fill the arcade, which is empty of people and dead.
Location: Sports arenas, stadium, Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, world class Cleveland Museum of Art.
This is an old hotel which has been reborn as a modern hotel attached to the architecturally stunning 19th century glass roofed arcade. The room was Hyatt quality. Great mattress and pillows. Our room (603) even had a view of the lake. But don't expect any shopping or restaurants (other than hotel) in the arcade. Essentially it's empty except for hotel services. There are restaurants across Euclid. Convenient to all city attractions. Parking is an issue. Hotel is valet parking only with a 6 1/2 foot height limit (had to remove my amateur radio antennas).

Cleveland for the weekend.Posted Jul 27, 2015
Cons: It is a shame that a lot of the shopping area is not leased. It looks to be a perfect area for an ice cream place.
Location: Hard Rock, The Horseshoe Casino and Red Steak House which was out of this world good...
Across the street from the Cleveland Library on one side and a lot of places to eat and entertain on the other side.

Great central locationPosted Jul 24, 2015
Cons: The elevators are tricky to use as you need to insert your room key each time you use. I would say it took approx 10 tries each time to make them go
Location: Perfect location, near great bars and restaurants (100m) and all sporting and concert venues.
Stayed at the Hyatt Regency Cleveland for 5 night in July 2015. Beautiful old hotel in a great location, close to bars, restaurants, Progressive Field and only about 10 minutes walk from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Very friendly staff and an excellent Breakfast each day made our stay really enjoyable.

Nice hotel close to Hall of Fame and 4th St distriPosted Jul 19, 2015
Pros: Location, location, location.
Cons: Maintenance personnel never responded to our request to replace a burned out light bulb on one bedside table but since we spent most of our time touri
Location: See description above for details.
The location is unbeatable - across the street from the 4th Street district where great taverns, food and brew pubs proliferate and easy walking distance to science museum and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. The facilities are very good and the staff personable. The room was very nice and bed was comfortable. Location in the Arcade makes the hotel a real plus. Shops, bar, restaurant and of course the Chocolate Bar!

What a unique hotel! Very cool layout, and INCREDIBLY conveniently located! I was able to easily walk to all of the big tourist attractions (ie Rock Hall, Stadiums, dining, etc...). Will definitely stay here again!
