Stayed there for New Years Eve so we weren't at the hotel much but the time we were there was enjoyable.

Sleepless, not good if you want to sleep.Posted Jan 1, 2015
Cons: Get more security!
Sadly, we were placed across the hall from a nightmare. A fight broke out at 2 in the morning. With only one security guard we had to dial 911, switch rooms at 3:30 am AND then told that we couldn't get a refund because we booked through Expedia. Also, the emergency button on the Hotel phone doesn't work!

Just OKPosted Dec 28, 2014
Pros: Location and Lobby people. View.
Cons: See above
Location: Perfect location for everything. That is why we picked it.
Chair was very old and very worn out. Uncomfortable. Coffee maker and ice bucket were hidden under the bed tables just to say we provided them for you. Could have put them in the bathroom like other hotels. It would have been more appealing. TV looked cheesy in the middle of the room. Could have made a small wall there for a big improvement. It also would have made the room into two rooms. I hope the comments were helpful to you. Bill

Beautiful building but old hotel.Posted Dec 5, 2014
Pros: The building itself its beautiful. It's worth just to go in and have a drink there.
Noisy romos, and not hot water in the shower. Decent Price for the room but everything is extra and expensive: Bottled water, internet, parking, etc.

Within walking distance to Rock 'n Roll Hall of FaPosted Dec 4, 2014
Pros: Our room was comfortable with a nice view from window.
Cons: I wish Cleveland wouldn't close up so early. Sunday a lot of stores were closed.
Location: Rock 'n roll hall of fame was within walking distance. A beautiful mall was down the street. Christmas decorations were beautiful. We were there Thank
We had 2 grandsons along. We all enjoyed our stay. Everything was positive about our stay.

Traveling on business.Posted Dec 2, 2014
Pros: I loved the antique decor of the arcade shops.
Location: The hotel is close to attractions like the Tower Center shopping mall and the Horseshoe casino. Also 2 sports arenas.
The staff was pleasant and helpful. When my car was inaccessible because of the holiday (facility owner locked exit gates) the hotel staff contacted them and got them to send someone to unlock them.

Beautiful Historic HotelPosted Nov 30, 2014
Pros: The Atrium is breathtaking. The breakfast menu was great. The staff was very helpful!
We loved everything about this hotel. From the valet to the front desk staff to the restaurant, everyone was friendly and helpful. We chose to stay on the Atrium, so we overlooked the absolutely gorgeous space that is historic and incredible. The balconies, the ceiling, the stairways, the marble… just fabulous! The room was crisp and clean… a little too modern for my taste, but very comfortable. I enjoyed the workout facility. The Chocolate Bar was fun and breakfast in their restaurant was excellent. This is truly a marvelous place to stay.
