Staff very nice. Hotel very clean. Lots of parking. The Visitor Guide they hand out when you get there was very helpful. It had local maps, attractions and sample menu's (with prices) of many local restaurants. Located about 15 minutes from downtown Clevland, very conveniant. Highly recommended.

I only stayed for one night, so I have no strong opinion on the service. Location is nice. The room I stayed in was neat, with real plants, not plastic. bathroom is quite small but clean. The carpet looks a little bit dusty, so I always have my shoes on in the room. In a word, good enough for me.

The room was sufficient for its size. However they have to pay attention to the overhead and wall dust. The quilt on the bed had bloodstains that weren't seen when the bed is made up but it is visible when the bed is being made. The material covering the bottom of the spring was laying on the floor just barely attached to the spring by just a few nails.

The bed was hard as a rock and the air conditioner rattled all night. Overall, service was average. Room was clean.

My guess is that this hotel had been run-down, has had some recent rennovation, and still needs more. The four young employees that I encountered were polite and helpful. The vending machines were stocked and functional. Brighter lights throughtout the building would improve its atmosphere. My room was neat and the bathroom was clean and modern. Towels, linens, and blanket, while clean, were very worn and tattered. The blanket had many cigarette burns in it. The carpet was old and not cleaned well. The in-room coffee maker was too gross to use.

Old smoke filled hotel. Room did not have the smell of smoke, but once you stepped outside the room it hit you. The room was clean. The breakfast was do it your self and sparse.
