too expensive
Posted Jan 6, 2013
Pros: Location and helpful attitude of staff
Cons: Thought dining a bit pricey
Location: Walking distance (2 blocks) to main building at Cleveland Clinic.
Coffee maker didn't work nor did electric mirror on stand work. I didn't want anyone e in my room, so I didn't ask for it to be fixed. Forgot to mention it at checkout.

We arrived late at night. The valet parking was a nice service. We didn't have to wait to check in. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Location: Excellent location close to many attactions
We stayed due to the nearness to Cleveland clinic for an appointment but brought the kids and had a family time after. It is near to so many things...University Circle, downtown, Little Italy. We had a great time. The service was great and we really felt welcomed. We especially appreciated Tonya in the restaurant for doing so much to make our meals there pleasant.

A family friendly hotel

Pros: Ameneties, spaciousness
Cons: Carpet was a bit dated. But it was Clean
Location: Next to the hospital and police station and a police staion was nearby. Safe location.
We stayed for one night in Cleveland, OH. Service was prompt and courteous. Our 5 year old dropped his toy in te toilet and it clogged. So I called the front desk. The maintenance arrived within 5 min and fixed the issue. The bellman Kamal was very polite as helpful. He gave us ideas about downtown and food choices. Very nice guy. Our room was spacious. It was a suite. Kids love it. Two TVs, microwave, fridge/freezer, Kuerig coffee maker, lots of goodies. We were satisfied with our stay. I would recommend this hotel to others.

My favorite in cleveland
Posted Jan 12, 2013
Pros: Room, hotel staff
Cons: $13 cab ride to downtown, no parking
Best hotel for the money in cleveland. Clean, love the wetbar, love the 2 seperated rooms. Definetly spend the extra 20 for the upgraded room. The staff here actually likes their jobs and even brought me milk for my cereal at 2 in the morning!

good location

Pros: Close to Case Western Reserve University
Cons: They nickel and dime you for everything.
Toilet would run every 15-20 minutes. Didn't sleep well because of it but too tired to call. Checked in after 10pm and checked out at 6am.
