The hotel was very conveniently located across the street from the train station which brought us to downtown Clevelend. They also had a free airport shuttle. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is off the beaten track, a fine place to stay if you have a car. Otherwise, no services within walking distance.

Overall we had a good stay. Staff was wonderful. Everything was pretty convenient. The linens on the bed were slightly ripped and the curtains didn't close all the way. Those are really my only complaints.

I have a problem with the key open to the room every time going out and got back the key is not working i am going to the front desk but explain but the reception the first word said ooooh because you put the card together with ur phone and she didn’t know my room key card always in my wallet and have a no words for a apology

Room wasn’t the cleanest. There was still hair in the shower and the ceiling had plaster peeling. You can hear noises from other rooms very easily. Check in was easy. Security guard was in the parking lot overnight which was nice.

Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and generally outgoing. We were in town for the Final Four at downtown at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse and the RTA train being right next door was very convenient for transportation to and from the events. Good value hotel for the price. Would definitely book again.

The Expedia page says parking included. However, I interpreted that to be long term parking while away. 7 days. Had to pay $50. Parking policy needs to be more clear as most other airport hotels do have free ltp. Furthermore, the exterior has a great new updated look. Inside. Still an old hotel.

Marie at the front desk was awesome. But the hotel is old and looks it. The shower had mildew and the bathroom is TINY. Cold shower, not enough linen or places to put it. Noisy at night - i expected to hear planes. I did not expect to hear announcements of transportation or fighting in the parking lot from my third floor room with whe windows closed. And the room smelled like old people's clothing.

We have stayed at this La Quinta hotel several times when visiting family. The rooms are nice, staff is very friendly. The breakfast was nice, though they ran out of some of the food early

The rooms were very clean however the hallways elevators, lobby area was not clean. It did not give a good impression as we were walking in. Thankfully when we arrived to our room it was very clean. But I was a bit worried at first. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The shuttle service was just what we needed. However note it does not run after 12am at night. So we had to pay for a taxi when we arrived.

The window was unlocked when I got there. If I hadn't checked it would have remained so. There was dirt under the bed overhang on both beds and behind the bed against the wall that could have been managed with a vacuum attachment. I also have bug bites on my ankle that are most likely bed bug bites.

Property was okay for an overnight stay. The lady working the breakfast room on Feb 29th was very helpful with driving directions prior to our departure. The I90 was closed and she provided a easy fast round about way to get to Buffalo.
