“It was very comfortable.”

We chose to stay there to be close to the nursing home where my sister is. There were loads of restaurants and shopping close by.. I am gluten intolerent and I brought my own bread and was able to have a full breakfast free of charge. Everyon was polite and helpful. My husband forgot his razor and they gave him one gratis.

We only stayed near the hotel as that is where the nursing home is.

“Good value”

At the price that was charged I feel I got a really good deal. Overall this is pretty nice hotel. The flat screen TV in the room had to be at least 46". Bathroom very nice. This was a business trip, I was very satisfied. Good breakfast buffet as well.

“Nice hotel”

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The ONLY complaint I have is that you can hear every sound in the room. Early in the morning when housekeeping was knocking on other doors (I had the do not disturb sign on our door), it was so loud that I thought they were knocking on my door. Also, the outside door in the back wouldn't close all the way so anyone could come into the hotel after the main doors were locked.

“Standard Chain Hotel”

This is just what you would expect. Nothing special, but met the needs. The location is also fairly ordinary, but if it's where you need to stay on your way somewhere, it will be fine. The breakfast is up to the standards; items were kept supplied. Hot waffles and scrambled eggs were the highlight. In all, a decent place to stay.

Area recommendations

North Olmstead is near the Cleveland airport, but it's not right at the airport. It would be a good place to stay before catching an early morning flight, for example. If you want to see Cleveland itself, it's not very close.

“Comfortable & Convenient”

This hotel is about 8-10 minute drive from airport (although it is further from downtown Cleveland than the airport). It was easily accessible from the main highway. There is plenty of retail shopping in the immediate vicinity: mall directly across the street; several chain restaurants (fast food and casual sit down) as well as intimate 'mom & pop' restaurants; plenty of gas stations; a few grocery stores and Wal-Mart. In the hotel lobby each morning there is a "more than just coffee & pastry" continental breakfast: plenty to eat and drink to get your day started. Nice pool & jacuzzi, friendy staff, updated bedrooms & bathrooms. Not overly fancy, but nice. Would recommend and would return if I was in the Cleveland area agan.

“Great place to stay in Cleveland OH”

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond their duties for us. Very nice 5 day stay . Would definetly stay there again..was close to airport.

The Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame museum in downtown Cleveland was terrific!
