“A bit disappointed”
The hotel was nice upon entering, but once we stepped into the room, it totally smelled like a smoking room ~ The pillows were too small and the walls were thin enough that I could hear someone snoring in the next room. The location was nice, but lots of construction noise due to convention center being built next door. But that's okay, we are all for progress! Staff was nice, the Sunday buffet breakfast was okay...
“Still a Browns Fan”
Everything good except the pool only 3 ft deep, not impressive and the warm tub should be a Hot Tub.
“Perfect Weekend Getaway”
I cannot say enough about my stay at the Marriott! We had a wonderful, wonderful visit. Our room was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The staff - especially the front desk manager and concierge - was polite, accommodating and helpful at every turn. The service was outstanding; the food delectable; and the amenities top-notch. We could not have been more impressed or more delighted with our stay. Not only will we recommend this hotel, we won't consider staying anywhere else in Cleveland.
“Marriott @ Key Center is Cleveland's Best”
I 've stayed at the Marriott in downtown Cleveland a handful of times over the past 5 years and have never been disappointed. The staff sets the tone, from the front desk check-in, to bell hops, to housekeeping, to bartenders, they're always friendly and smiling.( It goes a long way in making a guest's stay a pleasant one.) The " how can we help you attitude" is only part of what makes this establishment feel so comfortable; clean and cozy rooms, a restaurant with better than average hotel food and a full service bar add to the allure of the property. It's location, near the warehouse entertainment district, sports venues and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, is perfect for tourists.
“One of the best Marriott I have seen.”
Convenient access to bus and rail to airport and attractions. Walkable distance to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and dining. Felt safe even late at night.
“The Best Of Downtown Cleveland”
This was my second stay and I was just as impressed as the first time. Rooms are great with very comfortable beds. The lobby is beautiful as well, but you just can't beat the location. Just off of the lake, you are within walking distance of anything you could want (well, at least for me). Granted, there are other hotels in the area as well; but, for the money spent, I don't think the Marriott at Key Center could be beat.
“Major construction next store”
Got woken three times in night called security twice had to wake early loud drunk party in next room.Lot of noise from constructing building next store at 7 am huge project will take years to finish ,room wasn't cleaned first day after long day at amusement park we had to call to ask for room to be cleaned so we ate at bar in lobby the food was good at least. Management not so good we stayed four days the room was cleaned the other three days don't fire the maid I'm sure she is over work and under paid .
“Location awesome!”
We had a corner room on the 24th floor , the view was awesome. Very centrally located, we could see tower city and the rock n roll hall of fame out of the windows! Ate at a local restaurant John Q's, which was nice. The hotel restaurants were both good as well. Attended a seminar while there, so we were very busy. Used the pool and the hot tub, small but very nice and warm, (both). Workers were very nice. Restaurant does not open till 7 am which depending why your there is a little late. Overall was very happy!
“What we expected”
This Marriott was everything we expected. We opted for the valet and breakfast rate. The breakfast was great! Valet was quick and easy. Just a warning, there is construction going on right next door. It was only loud during the day though. No issues to speak of. We will stay there again!
“cleveland weekend”
we stayed many times in Cleveland , normally at the Rennaissance . This time we had choosen the Marriott at Key Center . We can only recommend this hotel , friendly staff , great location , everything great .
