“Does it matter”
Sleep number bed does not work on either bed. It took a long time for hot water, to only get warm water. Forget get about a shower in the run.
“Nothing spectacular at the Radisson.”
The facility is relatively clean. Service not so great. Parking a nuisance, and valet is spendy.
“I'd come again; doesn't need much to excel”
Conveniently located next to Cleveland's stadium and coliseum, the Radisson was reasonably close, say a third of a mile, from my conference site at the Marriott, and a 20-minute walk to the Great Lakes Science Center or R 'n' R Hall of Fame. The room was fine, beds very comfortable, shower effective, soaps and hair products very nice. My only complaints would be 1) the worn bearings on the hotel's hot water heater, or whatever it is that turns on and rattles loudly and regularly one or two floors above the second floor where we stayed; 2) the erratically open "back" or north-facing exit. From the lobby you can sometimes exit onto Prospect, albeit through some sort of church lobby on not on weekends or evenings.
“Birthday Get-Away”
I went here for my birthday with my friends and boyfriend. The room was really nice and comfortable and the surrounding locations made it easy to find something to eat.....I had a great birthday!!!!
“Great value”
I was in Cleveland on business and stayed at the hotel one night. The hotel is located a short walk or a short cab ride from everything in and around downtown. The room was very clean and well appointed. In the morning, they offered a very nice hot breakfast (buffet style) in a room just off the main lobby. I'm not sure if the hotel has a restaurant or bar..... Otherwise I thought the hotel was an excellent value given its location.
“Excellent Experience”
First time visit to downtown Cleveland. Easy walking distance to meeting and wondeful food. Hotel was clean and staff (daytime and night) were extremely helpful and friendly. For future downtown stays, will be back.
“Mary's Comments”
Seemed like things could have been updated some. We looked forward to the sleep number bed which was having difficulty working. Excellent brunch!
“Great location”
My husband and I stayed here mostly for its proximity to a restaurant we wanted to try, but our stay was lovely! The hotel was easy to get to, there were several parking garages nearby, and great restaurants are a short walk away. The room was clean, very comfortable, and quiet. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Cleveland!
“Not a Good choice - Parking is an Issue - Hotel Staff subpar”
The location is almost impossible to find. Very poor signage identifying the hotel. Neighborhood is "iffy". Parking is very strange. Parking garage is dirty and the stairwells urinated in with broken concrete. By far the worst were the staff. We called for directions because we were lost and the staff gave us the wrong directions so we had to stay on the phobne with them until we were finally able to find the hotel - Evern with GPS!! The woman who checked did not greet us. She instead in sat in a chair and waited for us to ask if she would check us in. She remained sitting in the chair the whole time. She was far more interested in talking with the staff that walked by than actually checking us in. It was obviously bothersome for her to check in. She was extremely inefficient checking us in. Her appearance was dischelved and unprofessional . The desk was in a disarray. We were extremely worried what the condition of the room was and if we would have to check out and go to another hotel. We were glad to find the room was clean and very comfortable. I think if they employ professional staff and work on the parking lot this would be a very good choice of a hotel to staff in.
“Worth the price”
Great location, enjoyed the City. Nice breakfast. Large room
