Loud area of town

Posted Jul 26, 2015
The hotel is very. Close to the Indians stadium. We were there on a Friday. It was exceptionally loud in our room until about 2 am. Fan in bathroom was broken, rooms are small, toilet flushed sometimes.

So close to the action!

Posted Jul 25, 2015
Pros: So close to the games.
Cons: Maybe a little better soundproofing and check the windows for cruddy smudges.
Location: We saw an Indians game and went to the Christmas Story house. Verrry cool!
This hotel is so close to Progressive Field and the Q. You are in your room 2 minutes after leaving a game. Our room this time was a bit smaller than in past stays and the beds were smaller and not Sleep Number beds as we have had in the past. Our room was right beside the elevator so it was a little noisy there and the outside noise was noticeable. All in all I can deal with all that. One thing, kind of gross, was the windows were pretty smudgy and dirty with what looked like food from a little kids hands. Staff is good and in and out is really easy here.

Ok cleaning staff.

Posted Jul 23, 2015
Cleaning staff never picked up dirty towels and when I said something they said we got out of our room to late that day. We left at 10 am and returned at 7 that evening. When I mentioned it new towels were brought and the dirty ones remained on the floor till we left. The next morning I heard the cleaning service pass out room at 8:30 am. We're we supposed to be out by then to have our towels and bed done? I will try somewhere else next time. The one bright spot was the excellent valet service.

Close to Q, Progressive Field

Posted Jul 22, 2015
Pros: In addition to comments about the experience , checkout is at noon. It is an older hotel but has been renovated nicely.
Location: The location was excellent . Several restaurants and bars were within walking distance.
This was the first time we stayed here and it will be our first choice when coming back to Cleveland. The staff was very accommodating . We were able to get a small refrigerator with no problem. I like to have real coffee cups - with to-go cups and lids- and glasses. Several hotels we stayed in previously only provided paper cups and plastic glasses. The room was a nice size -we had a double room - and had a desk and chair. We didn't feel crowded.

Great hotel, close to all the fun on East 4th!

Posted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: Location and accommodations.
Cons: With anything, it would be great if we could get it for less.
Location: Within walking distance to East 4th, Tilted Kilt, Casino.
We stay at this hotel when we go downtown Cleveland for the night. It's a great location, able to walk to all the restaurant and bars. It's clean and the staff are wonderful!

Buena ubicación cerca al Rock 'n Roll Museum

Posted Jul 14, 2015
Pros: Ubicación y restaurante
Cons: Pedimos servicio de taxi la noche anterior, la persona realizó la reserva pero no informó a quien tomaba su turno, por lo que terminamos con 2 taxis.
Location: Rock 'n Roll Museum
El hotel se encuentra a 10 minutos caminando del Museo del Rock and Roll, ofrece buenos instalaciones y restaurante bufet aledaño.
