Only If you must go there

Pros: Parking in front of the room
Cons: Everything - Stop the el-cheapo philosophy and give people value for the price
Location: near the airport
Where should I begin? Make sure you have towels, toilet paper, and soap in your suitcase. Bring a guard--unwanted housekeeping might wake you very early on Sunday morning. Bring ear plugs!!! Breakfast: pitiful. The desk clerks could use some manners and refrain from using profanities out loud. Cleanliness outside the room was lacking. Although snow and ice were everywhere no salt was distributed to prevent falls or to promote traction in the parking lot.

Airport Ramada

I waited 15 min ringing the bell before checking in. Everything was average. Ice machine did not work. Definitely did not have a "new" feel to it. Quiet. But could have made a better choice. Live and learn!

cheap Hotel, Rooms especially carpet are not clean

Bed was comfortable

Pros: On the positive bed was comfortable, great location for our needs for our stay.
Cons: Customer service needs to be fixed. The dated look need improvement. The cleanliness/odors need major help. Parking lot is in need of repair.
Location: Location was great.
Check in associate seemed we were interrupting her day. When asked where to park closet to our room, she told us the opposite lot of where our room was located. Stairwell smelled like smoke. Rug are worn, cigarette burns through out, cobwebs on the railing area, duct tape on door latch, glass was dirty. Burn holes in our bed spread. Only one set of towels for two people. Just seems pretty neglected as if no cares. Very dated.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Staff nice.
Cons: Upkeep in the room was lacking.
There were repairs needed in our room. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. A lamp was broken. There was only one wash cloth for 2 of us. The water in the shower quit in the middle of a shower.

Filthy! This hotel was filthy outside and inside

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The carpet outside the rooms and inside the rooms should be replaced, the breakfast cleaned up, a working ice machine, and courteous employees.
Location: The location is excellent, it is by the airport and car rental return, with access to all 3 major highways, making travel easier.
This is an old hotel with door access from outside. The outdoor "carpet" is frayed and disgusting". Some of the Hotel Staff cannot speak English, and the repetitive answer was: "I'm new and don't know how to do that." The toilet had un-flushed toilet paper in it when I first got there. The bed sheet had black smudges on it when I turned down the bed. My room key card didn't properly work for the first 3 days I was there. The ice machine by the lobby did not work, and when I tried to pull the handle down as the instructions read, the whole front of the machine fell forward at me! The continental breakfast was ok, but the juice machine had non-working stations, and there was never any orange juice. One of the two toasters for bagels/muffins, did not work. My brother drove up to spend time with me since I moved to Florida, and stayed in the room for 2 nights. We had requested a roll away bed, but discovered the small couch was a sofa bed. When the maintenance man tried to call down to the receptionist to inform her we didn't need the bed, but would need linens for the pull out bed, she started yelling and speaking very hatefully to this man, who was trying to help us. She told him "they'll have to come get the sheets I ain't bringing them up". This Ramada Inn needs to be bulldozed down, and replaced with a new structure. They also need to teach their staff manners, and in 2 cases, English!

Convenient to Airport

Suburban neighborhood about 5 to 10 min to airport. About 20 minutes to downtown. Comfortable room and good breakfast.
