“"A Real Bagain"”

Our experience was excellent. The room was spacious. They upgraded our room without additional expense. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good. Plan to return with our next trip to the area.

“Nice stay”

The hotel is beautiful, but a little hard to get around in. I searched everywhere for the ice/vending area from room 353. I followed the signs and they lead me to a machine that did not work and a door that was locked. i reccomend maybe more accesible machines, overall a great experiance , i travel to cleveland for work once a week, i will be using your hotel from here on out thanks

“We were pleased with our choice to stay at this hotel & would stay again if we were in the area.”

I wasn't sure what we would be walking into with some of the reviews I read with most of them being bad, but I went with the few that said the motel was ok, and I'm glad I did. It was not a bad place at all. When we got there the check in was quick & easy, ladies at front desk were very nice & helpful. The hall on the way to our room was being remodeled but when we got to our room, it was a very nice room: clean, big comfortable king size bed, desk, sofa that would fold out into a bed, just a nice room. The shower was stuck on shower though & the internet service was not good. That was the only 2 things that we could really see the was not good. We got a good deal on this room, it was worth what we paid. The area that the hotel was in was a good area & close to a lot of stores & food places. We would recomend this hotel to others to stay at & would stay again if we were in the area.

“2nd stay there, will be back”

Second stay at the Ramada, it's older and could use an update but still worth the price paid. Bed was comfortable, roomy and clean, what else can you ask for with a one night quick in and out? The only complaint is that for the second time the internet did not work in the rooms, front desk said it was being worked on - but for this trip it was not a big deal as I arrived late just to sleep and head out in the morning. Next time before booking will be sure to call and ask if it's fixed if it's needed.

“Very comfortable!”

I was very happy with my choice of hotel. My 2 night stay was confortable and convenient to where I needed to travel to and from for the weekend. It was clean, quiet, and the people that worked there were pleasant and friendly. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

“NIce hotel but poor breakfast”

We expected a nice continental breakfast at a Ramada but were disappointed. There were no hard boiled eggs, no make-you-own waffles, not even bagels and a nice variety of sweet rolls. The staff was very congenial, and the room was comfortable, however.

“Better than Reviewed”

After I booked this hotel, i read the reviews, I was almost scared to go on trip, but I went anyway. After i arrived at hotel I was pleasing surprised at how nice the help and how nice the rooms were. They are under remodeling and some things are not yet finished, but everything was good. Sometimes reviews just scare you , but sometimes they help. I would use this hotel again if I am in that area again.

“You get what you pay for”

Overall, it was a place to sleep and it wouldn't be my first choice to stay when I'm in Cleveland. The location was convenient (for my stay) and it was pretty quiet. There weren't many people at the hotel. The hotel lobby smelled strongly of chlorine from the indoor pool. The bed wasn't that comfortable and the pillows weren't that great either. The only negative thing I have to say about my experience has to do with the bathroom. There was mold and mildew in the tile grout and also on the shower curtain. The water did not drain in the tub and I had to pull the plunger out in order for the water to go down.
