“Great place to stay when traveling with my dog.”

I travel a lot with my chocolate lab, which really limits where I can stay. This is the third different Red Roof that I've been to in the past year, and was once again very pleased. The accommodations are basic, but very clean, well maintained, friendly staff, great price, and dog friendly! Red Roof, I'll be back!

“Clean, Simple and Great Price”

This hotel is great if you want a nice, friendly, safe clean place to spend the night. There are no frills but it's clean and comfy and the service is really excellent.

A very efficient overnight stay at a bargain price: no frills, but clean and comfortable, surprisingly quiet (given how close it is to the Interstate) and very welcoming staff. And at a great location: right off the Interstate exit, five minutes from historic Kirland (1836 Mormon Temple and LDS replica village), ten minutes in the other direction from Lawnfield (home of U.S. President James Garfield), and a couple of blocks from Mentor Avenue, which has every chain restaurant and big-box store you can think of.

We came here after fleeing an old cigarette smoke filled Travel Lodge also in willoughby. ( 4 miles west) This red roof in was a breath of fresh air with very helpful and friendly staff.

I was in town for the difficult experience of closing my mother's house. As a long and distressing day, it was a pleasant surprise to find a hospitable staff and a sparkling clean room. The 'softer than concrete' beds were a joy. Directions were given, along with maps to area restaurants. Small negative: The instruction card for 'no service required' is a tad confusing. Also, the online room description doesn't state that an upgrade to a King Room gets you a fridge & micro. That would have been nice.

“Pet-friendly, easy-to-get-to, and affordable”

We needed a place to stay with our four small dogs (3 Italian Greyhounds and a Basenji). The hotel was clean, comfortable and well-priced. Not a whole lot of amenities, but since we were spending most of our time visiting with friends and family, it wasn't a deal breaker. We will definitely be staying here on future trips to the Cleveland area.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. We don't normally stay at this brand, but with the marathon running the weekend we were in town our options were limited. Very surprised by the comfort of the bed. Looks like the rooms have been refurbished in the last year or so.
