Great location for hotel

Posted Sep 14, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Water spot on ceiling Less carb-y pastries at breakfast time and more hot foods
Location: Tons to do nearby- it's right in the heart of downtown CLE.
Check in went smoothly but they did not give good directions for where we were allowed to park. We actually missed where we were supposed to go and had to get directions from a different parking lot's attendant. It would have been much nicer (and I would have been willing to pay) to have valet service especially since parking was already $18. The room itself was quite large, almost too large, with a kitchen (unnecessary). The bed was quite comfortable and I had no problems with the room at all. It was a fantastic location. Right next to 4th Street restaurants and across the street from the Q. I thought it was a nice touch that the hotel provided a sheet with all the upcoming events for that week. Breakfast is included which is why we chose this hotel. Breakfast was good, but not amazing. I thought for the hotel's price we would get a fancier breakfast (like bacon)

Location: The location was perfect. We could walk to where we wanted to go
The hotel and room (suite) were amazing. Perfect size for my family and the location in downtown Cleveland was perfect. Will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Nice hotel...great downtown location.

Posted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: Location was great...staff couldn't have been more pleasant.
Cons: Parking garage is a little tight and the morning breakfast was always the same...but very plentiful.
Location: Great location for walking to many sights, arenas, transportation and entertainment including restaurants and shopping.
Staff was very friendly and helpful all week long. One street away is a great spot for entertainment/meals with several outdoor restaurant/bars.

Excellent facilities

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: See above
Cons: No improvements needed.
Location: Easy access to Quckens Loans Arena and Progressive field. We also ran the next day and were able to jog to Cleveland Browns Stadium and the Rock Hall
We stayed here after a night concert held in downtown Cleveland and were very clsoe to the venue. We made it into town late on the night of the event and were given a very quick check in and shown to our room. We were then able to walk to the event with plenty of time to spare before the event began. We walked back to the room after the event which took only 5 minutes and we were fast alseep while otheres were stuck in traffic outside our window. We had an excellent experience!!!

Jeter and White Sox trip

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Location, size, breakfast, ambience.
Cons: Free parking is always nice :).
Location: Progressive Field and the lakefront were all a short walk away. The tavern district around the corner was a real plus.
We normally stay at less expensive hotels. The extra cost was worth it for the convenience and comfort.

Very convenient to downtown activities. Everything was great except for the fact that someone pulled the fire alarm at 5:15 am. The hotel was evacuated for what turned out to be a false alarm. We went back to sleep afterward so it turned out to be just a story for our trip :-)
