“Not impressed.”

The hotel is too "highly" rated for "nothing" was going on. Pretty boring. Even the drinks were over priced. The only thing good about it is it is walking distance to the airport.

“Perfect location”

Was impressed with the hotel and it's location. We needed to get to downtown Cleveland and was able to catch the RTA Rapid Transit right at the airport. Upon our return the shuttle was ready to get us back to the hotel. No need to use our car. Hotel was comfortable and clean.

“Perfect airport location”

Airport hotels are not always the most welcoming of places, however, this was one of the exceptions. There was a check-in desk for the hotel in the arrivals area of the airport , but this was unmanned when we arrived at around 5pm (?). Excellent staff and extremely comfortable and attractive amenities made a positive impression upon arrival. Rooms, small but clean and comfortable, were fine. Dinner and breakfast were adequate if somewhat limited in their choice. All the staff that we encountered were both friendly and efficient and nothing seemed too much trouble. Location was perfect, being literally minutes from check-in which eliminated anxiety about shuttle frequency and making flight times. In summary, a well located and comfortable hotel which one can have confidence in.

“Great staff!”

Friendly staff that was extremely helpful. We needed a ride to the Indians game, they called a cab for us and had him waiting for us at the front door! Great breakfast delivered to our room in the morning! Couldnt be happier!

“Never Again”

First, the room I purchased was downgraded to a regular room. The motel is very dated and expensive. Choose another!!

“Clean, pet friendly hotel with nice amenities”

We brought our small dog with us on vacation and were having trouble finding a decent hotel. This Sheraton was great. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and had several luxury touches. They also did not charge extra for the dog, just a fee if there was an accident. I would highly recommend for people traveling with their pets.
