“Great choice near the airport”

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise at the Cleveland airport. We arrived in the evening and were greeted promptly. Our luggage was dispatched quickly with much of it held by the valet so we didn't have to work around it in the room overnight. We were able to access the stored luggage quickly for our early morning flight and their shuttle service took less than 10 minutes to deliver us to the airport entry we needed. Room service was efficient and the food was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable and the amenities in the bathroom were adequate for our needs. We will use this facility again in the future. The very best part? We had a rental car from Hertz and were able to leave it with the hotel instead of having to drive it over to the airport rental location! Convenience unexpected is a special gift!

Room rates were reasonable for the amenities: on airport grounds; help with baggage; quick shuttle service; friendly and helpful staff; comfortable for single woman traveler; beautiful bed. Worth every penny for convenience and a few extra minutes of sleep!
