The hook up hotelPosted Jul 21, 2014
The cops were very friendly that was there almost all night. This hotel is a hook up hotel with a dance club beside it. I do not recommend this hotel what so ever.

You Get What You Pay ForPosted Jul 9, 2014
Pros: Inexpensive. The staff wasn't unkind when I locked myself out of my room.
Cons: All the hospitality. If you advertise continental breakfast, please actually set it out!
Don't expect the continental breakfast to be set out every day--and when it is available, expect the slimmest pickings (and powdered milk for your cereal). Our room was cleaned only twice during the ten days we stayed. The ice machine is basically a slot machine--press the button eight times and you MAY get some ice. When you need more toilet paper, expect to pick it up yourself. The Wi-Fi tended to stop working at random times. And we found pieces of American cheese stuffed in the air vent.

Run down hotel near the interstate..Posted Jul 9, 2014
Hotel was suppose to have a pool, jacuzzi, workout room and sweatspa/room. Pool was out of commission and didnt even look like it was able to be opened for a log while(my trip was the beginning of july and i really wanted to swim), the workout room had 3 machines-2 of which were broke, no jacuzzi or sweatspa. I was very disgusted by the 1st room we had- huge wet area on the floor by the bed with no logical reasoning as to why it would be there, 2 out of 5 lights worked and the radio cable had been clearly snipped. I wont even begin to discribe the bathroom. They switched our room which was a step up but not by much. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I will not recommend this hotel at all.

THIS PLACE IS A DUMPPosted May 28, 2014
I WAS SHOCKED AT HOW BAD THIS PLACE WAS , IT STARTED WHEN I ASKED THE FRONT DESK FOR EXTRA TOWELS , AND WAS TOLD NO , IF I HAD A DIRTY ONE I COULD EXCHANGE IT . WHEN YOU FIRST ENTER THE LOBBY , YOU NOTICE HOW SHABBY EVERYTHING WAS , THE STAFF SHABBY LOOKING AND UNHELPFULL . THE ROOM WAS AWEFULL , ALL THE LAMPSHADES WERE BROKEN , AND ONE HAD BLACK MOLD AROUND THE BOTTOM. HOLES IN THE CARPET, NO OUTLETS, DIRTY LINENS , AND BROKEN TILES IN THE SHOWER. JUST A NASTY PLACE , WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

NEVER AGAINPosted May 26, 2014
Pros: Actually, nothing, except one employee tried to help me out. Not the front desk clerk, for sure, but another employee.
Cons: I think it's beyond fixing.
Location: Near the airport. That's about the only good thing to say.
The worst hotel experience I've had in many years. The front desk clerk was outright rude. The WiFi did not work. The hotel smelled terrible. There was no soap in the bathroom. Did I mention that the front desk clerk was the rudest desk clerk I've ever met? Do. Not. Stay. Here. It is a dump.

Someplace safe to lay your head downPosted May 20, 2014
Pros: It was safe
Location: There are many many things nearby to do. Cleveland Zoo, rock and roll hall of fame, The Q, etc etc
I went to the ladygaga concert in Cleveland and I just needed someplace safe to lay my head down at night so I could travel home in the morning. It's ok if that's all you want.

Never again!Posted May 12, 2014
Pros: I only like the pillows.
Cons: Everything; smell, upkeep, lights, rooms (broken locks, bathroom heater).
Location: Dingy location, made you uncomfortable before you went in. Not well labeled (had two different names).
It was smelly, dark, dingy, and very uneasy to be in. If I had been alone with my son, and my boyfriend wasn't with me, we would have walked out and paid for another hotel. Conference rooms were blacked out with black paint on the windows, things were broken, and strange sounds in the hallyway at night. I did not sleep well, was nervous. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a hotel. The location was on a dingy street of Brook Park. A hotel a road over on Snow or Smith would have been much better. I encourage EVERYONE to book somewhere else.
