Preferred a non-smoking room but none were available. Room was clean with only a modest stale smoke odor. [Upon arrival, left door open slightly with vent fan and HVAC (fan only) on for a short while to remedy.] The room I stayed in was clean but dated and a bit worn. “You get what you pay for”

I got exactly what I was expecting for such a low price. A clean place to take a shower and get a nights sleep. Staff was friendly enough and place was quiet. Would stay again.

“Good stop enroute”

Hotel was very clean, well maintained, and quiet. Good stop enroute for people travelling on the I-94/I-90. Breakfast was limited, but with a restaurant across the parking lot, your options are more open there.

“Value”

This place is about half the cost of the hotels across the road. It's clean, convenient to I-90 and Route 91, just down the road from downtown Willoughby, and close to many restaurants --- the room was quite big, and had a microwave and a mini-fridge and a desk and a recliner. The only disappointment was the king-sized bed --- it just wasn't comfortable. But... we'd stay there again --- it was a bargain...

Stayed in better, but definitely stayed in worse. The staff was friendly, the continental breakfast wasn't bad and the location is very convenient to Cleveland and it's eastern suburbs. For the price, it can't be touched!

“Last Stop”

It was obvious that the hotel has it years. The room was dirty: underneath the beds there was trash. I dropped my wedding band behind the night table and it showed that it had not been cleaned for a while. The heating system only worked on high. However, for the price of the hotel and the animities, I would use the hotel again. It had plenty of places to go out and eat withing walking distance. Close to the highway and downtown. Great staff. Breakfast was limited but we were able to make fresh waffles.

It was fine for the evenings stay, I would not want to spend much more time there, than just a day or two.

“Good location”

The desk staff were a little disinterested and the hotel corridors were smokey even in the non-smoking area but everything else was great. Quiet, great location right off the highway ... reasonably priced ... breakfast, drug store, bank machine all within walking distance of the hotel ... will book there again ...

“Probably go back”

I took my kids here to let them do something that you don't get to do very often in the winter. SWIM. They loved it. Although some of the other guests were rude and were jumping in right around my kids and scaring them ( my kids are 3 and 6) my kids had a wonderful time. I would probably go back to this hotel again.
