“Nice hotel, good price”
It is more than good considering what you pay for.
“not bad, not good”
cheap and Convenient to chinatown and university circle free breakfast is not so good
“not impressed”
the night person was not friendly people coming into the lobby and were not even staying there...
“Do not waste your money!!!”
The service was awful. No internet as the advertise on each floor. I called many of time and was told they would have it reset. It was never done. Coffee pot still had coffee left in it. The knob on the heater was gone, could not set the temperature of the room, was told to just turn it on and off as needed. Bed looked as if they had been laid on. Ask if I could move to another room, and was told that it could not be done. It was late and I was tired, so I stayed, but not again.
“Worst hotel in downtown!!!”
This place was an absolute waste of my money! The bathroom wasn't clean. The staff was rude and it was in a terrible part of downtown.
“Convenient to Ballpark”
We were looking for a reasonably-priced, comfortable accommodation close to the baseball park. This was it. We walked the 1.1 miles, but bus service was outside the front door.
“Good if you're going to Case or Cleveland Clinic”
The best two things in the hotel are the price and the free shuttle which takes you from and to the hospitals nearby. Otherwise, it's fair. The room and the bathroom are clean. The WiFi is bad in the room, it keeps getting disconnected. The breakfast is less than average. Overall, if you're staying for few days for business at the nearby hospitals and you don't want to spent a lot of money, I thinks it will be ok.
“Decent for the price”
If you're looking for clean and convenient, then this is your hotel. If you're looking for up-to-date decor and amenities, then you won't like it. The pros: great location to downtown Cleveland, fridge in room, clean sheets and bathroom, friendly staff, good bar and happy hour in restaurant. Cons: pool shut down for repairs - I think permanently, 70's decor, ice machines located on every other floor, wi-fi only in lobby - not in room.
“Fair”
This hotel was okay. Seems to be an older building. Staff was nice and fairly helpful. Room was okay with regard to comfort. TV was older. Bed was fairly firm. There is a restaurant in the hotel which is okay, but the food is relatively expensive considering its quality. I would stay away from the juice machine at the breakfast bar - I got a cup of apple juice from the machine and there were two fruit flies in it.
“Will never go back to this hotel”
This hotel was highly overrated on your site. It was no more than a one star if that. Toliet in room would not stop running, Air condition was set to where you could not make room comfortable. Neighborhood was very bad. Could not go out around the motel. In fact, this is the only time we have been actually afraid of the area around where we stayed. We were not comfortable being out of our room in the motel. There is no onsite Itailian restrurant . The one site restruant only served fast food type meals. Many things on the menu were not available. We decided to eat there because no one could inform us of where any restrurants were nearby. Our meals were awful!! One was chicken strips that were RAW in the middle, not uncooked but RAW. The other meal was shrimp that made the eater ill all night. We finally had a cab driver tell us where good dining area was If not for him, we would not have been eating.
