Friendly StaffPosted Dec 9, 2014
Pros: Shuttle service.
Cons: Breakfast should be healthier, tv remote, icebucket, faucet to be sanitized, bathroom water wasn't draining.
Hotel staff was nice enough to give us a room before check-in. Shuttle service and the driver was very sweet to drop me off at my destination.

Great hotel love it I stay there on a regular basis when I need a weekend away just wish the rate was a little lower. Maybe in the $40-50.00 range but other than that great hotel

Snoop Dog HotelPosted Oct 20, 2014
Pros: The bartender and "Bill" who checked up in.
Cons: A good scrubbing might help
Location: Kind of a sketch area of town, but it was very convenient to the Masonic Theater where we went for a show that night.
All I can say is the staff was super nice, but the hotel didn't seem clean. It smelled like the hotel was in Denver or Seattle if you get my drift. Seriously, the smell was EVERYWHERE, from elevator, to hall ways, etc. Non smoking room did not seem to have that special smell but I can't imagine what room 420 was like.

Close to Cleveland Clinic.Posted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: The friendliness of the staff, and price.
Cons: Cleanliness, and the Continental Breakfast.
Location: The location was great for the purpose of our visit, which was going to Cleveland Clinic. It is also very close to The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
I chose University Hotels and Suites because of the very reasonable price, and closeness to Cleveland Clinic, being the primary reason for our visit to the city. The staff was very friendly, the room was adequate for our short stay, it however could have been cleaner. We have to go back in a few weeks for my husband's surgery, and I will more than likely choose this hotel due to price, and closeness to the hospital.

no way im going back to that hotelPosted Sep 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
Dirty, stinky, staff wears casual street clothes. You don't know who works there or who is a guest. Toilet ran all the time smoke detector chipering. Asked to have these fixed. Toilet still ran smoke detector battery removed and left hanging. No iron or ironing board. Free breakfast was bare minimal. Beggers outside asking for everything. I will not go back to this no tell hotel.

Highly Disappointed!Posted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: Not much!
Cons: Not much!
Location: Excellent location to points east and west! That's about it!
I was really disappointed with this hotel. The internet picture is rather deceiving. My skin has developed some kind of condition which I did not have prior to my stay. I will never book this hotel ever! I could say more, but why !
