Nice room - easy to work in with a good desk and an Aeron chair.

great hotel, staff was friendly and efficent,complimentry shuttle to and from the Cleveland Clinic was a plus. I would stay here again. Only complaint, could hear tvs,alarm clocks,coughing and talking from adjacent rooms, not good if you're a light sleeper.

I enjoyed my short stay. The room's layout was work friendly with good lighting. The crew was helpful and pleasant. I would recommend it and walking distance for those attending the theaters near by. The food at the restuarant was tasty too.

“One of Cleveland's best”

I'd stayed here on business several times and found it very good to excellent. The rooms are top notch. The pool is large and terrific, worth staying here to use. The desk people were good but a little indifferent. Breakfast in the DR was fine. Valet parking was quick and responsive if you call ahead by 15 minutes or so. And, it's right downtown. (I didn't eat dinner there, but there are lots of good restaurants both downtown and in the neighborhoods in Cleveland.) This time things were disrupted by the building of a subway line right down Euclid avenue, so you had to go around the corner to the back of the hotel for valet parking and entrance through a back door. It was well marked, and it all worked fine and the desk people were especially accommodating.

The hotel was in a great location, just a couple of blocks from Lake Erie, right in the heart of town. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely return!The Browns stadium, the rock and roll hall of fame,great restaurants.

In downtown Cleveland fairly close to Rock N Roll Hall of Fame, baseball stadium, restaurants.

The hotel was very clean and looked very nice for Christmas. It was easy to find off the highway!

“Price was unbelievable at Thanksgiving”

I travelled to Cleveland with my wife at Thanksgiving. We opted to relax one night in a hotel before returning home. The stay was so pleasant we ended up staying three nights. The hotel facilities and service is excellent.

An excellent hotel for the price or for any price located on Euclid a straight shot to Cleveland Clinic with ground transportation readily available and very close to great taverns and restaurants. Only downside which in the City of Cleveland is the dark ages parking situation with mandated valet at the hotel, no overnight garage permission, and zealot meter maids who will quickly stick one with a twenty five dollar ticket. Beware of them and the parking problems.

“Excellent location”

Hotel was within walking distance of the Theater district. Also public transportation was right there. Cleveland has a free shuttle and also bus service that take you out to Case Western Univ. where a number of museums are located. Hotel staff friendly and the food served by the hotel restaurant was amazingly good.
