Cleveland DowntownPosted Jul 27, 2014
Cons: Not to much that the hotel could do about amenities around
Location: Unless it was due to reconstruction nothing seem to be opened past 5pm even restaurants closed early, the 1 coffee shop around closed at 9pm
Hotel was in a great central location. Only issue was that they seem to roll up the streets at 5pm, it was the theatre district, after the show was over there was no place to go.

a bit pricy for condition of roomPosted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: great bed and bedding
no fridge in room, toilet handle had to be jiggled to prevent it from running, could use some tile repair in bathroom

Serviceable HotelPosted Jul 18, 2014
Location: We went to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Staff were not discourteous, but they were always distracted with other calls or customers. The suite was well presented, but the tub had some hair clogging the drain that caused the tub to fill up quickly while showering even though the drain was open. After that, I was never fully confident that the bathroom had been carefully cleaned. Too often there were people sitting outside the main entrance smoking. This was unpleasant to walk through, although I was happy the hotel was a smoke-free facility. The king bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. The free internet was slow. It was an okay experience, not bad, not great.

Nice hotel located a block from progressive field and and 2 blocks from the Q. A lot of restaurant and bars to pick from to eat at staying here.

Inconvenienced a bitPosted Jul 10, 2014
Pros: It was very nice, clean. I liked the location. Walking distance within Progressive Field & Quicken Loans Arena.
Cons: The electronic key situation was internal & I know those things can't be helped sometimes. Otherwise, it was nice for the price!
Location: Great location. Went to the Cleveland Indians baseball game while in town. Rock n Roll Hall of fame driving distance 5 minutes or so.
At the time of check in, the electronic key system was down. As a result, we were unable to get in our room without having to wait for staff to let us in. It was a little wait as they were running floor to floor opening room doors. As we were waiting, another patron had waited 1/2 hour to be let into his room! The self-parking was a little awkward, behind building, tight space, trying to manuver was fun. Construction in the area made it a little difficult to get to the hotel.

Requested a 5:00 a.m. taxi reservation at front desk to catch an early flight the next morning. Came down to find out that reservation request was logged but no one bothered to call cab company. Delay in getting cab was an inconvience and a completely avoidable stressor if only staff could have carried out this very simple task.
