I was so unhappy i had to go to the front desk numerous times due to my keys wouldnt work. They had to finally use some electronic box to open the door but i still couldnt leave my room unless i put something in the door so i wouldnt get locked out. There were extremely loud guest (a large group of teenagers) in the building in which no body said anything to. It was after midnight when they finally quieted down. For the money i paid i feel it should have been this way.

From check in Jovan is very pleasant. Room is very clean fresh linens. Breakfast was awesome with nice and friendly people serving. Cleaning people are extraordinary. Pool and gym is very nice and very clean building is updated. All the people here are very dedicated to their work and they go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this place.

The Best Place to stay in the Albany area
This place is THE BEST!!! The staff is welcoming, helpful and obviously enjoy what they’re doing. Lots of smiles and genuine warmth. Great location with good dining and shopping options close by. We’ll definitely stay there again!

Fantastic hotel and friendly staff! I'm pretty picky traveling with a toddler about cleanliness and found some review complaining about the carpets being dirty, or a spot on a single chair - but, carpets were clean, everything was clean! Super clean bathroom/bedroom, swimming pool area, dining room - zero complaints. Maybe the other guest had stayed on a rainy or muddy day? Anyway, we'll definitely stay again, thanks!

All you’ll need
Short distance to major Rte87,and you don’t here traffic. Walk accross parking lot to a nice casual resturant, lunch or dinner. Complementary breakfast was a nice assortment. Would def. Stay at again

Hotel was fine, good enough for an over nighter. The only issue we had was that the fire alarm in our room kept beeping with dead battery which was really annoying at night. You would think they check or change these regularly so this doesn't happen. Also, some of the parking is reserved for the nearby restaurant so we had to park around the back since we got in pretty late. That parking is a little creepy.

Our booking got switched to this property as the original property was overbooked. The place was sincerely filthy and dilapidated. I had to fix the toilet in our room to get it to flush and the knob came off the shower in my son's room, the hallways were filthy etc. When our booking was switched we were told it was a newly renovated property. Very disappointed.

Excellent free breakfast. Nice, friendly, polite staff. Clean rooms. I prefer to stay on the second and third floor, in the even numbered rooms - away from the back parking lot.

Pullout couch needs to be replaced but otherwise good. The fresh baked cookies at night were a nice perk last year that we didn’t get this year. Like that there’s a pub in the parking lot & an Italian steakhouse down the street.

Stayed 2 days for a trip to the track and Spac. Super clean and comfy rooms. Loved the restaurant next door peddlers. Great food and drinks. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast was good and snacks, coffee, water ect available all hours. Staff very helpful and shuttle available to the track and spac.

The property was very nice. Having an ADA room was very good. I felt very secure using the bath/shower. There was normal wear and tear in the room. A stain on the ottomon, slightly loose plug outlets. I understand the conservation of having the mini refrigerator off but it would have been nice if it had been activated prior to check in. Being mobility challenged having more handicapped parking would be a plus. And having the ADA room at the end of the hallway was a little more tiresome to reach while using a walker. But in contrast it also allows for a quieter area. The check in staff was very pleasant and helpful. The complimentary snacks and fresh fruit infused water was a very nice welcome. The breakfast offered many choices and was very tasty. Bread, meat, eggs (both standard and egg whites), juices, fruits, coffee, pastries allowed a very nice assortment for varying dietary needs. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends. There is a restaurant adjacent to the facility and there are many shopping and eating options available within a mile or two radius.
