“Great accommodations for State Fair”

My girlfriends and I traveled to the state fair this year and stayed at a local hotel. Given that they're were not many options in town, we didn't expect much. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and it's amenities. We had a wonderful stay.

“Excellent hotel”

Excellent hotel and reasonable price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to make sure everything was good. Food was great in both the dining room and the hot breakfast buffet. Coffee station included several flavored syrups and creamers. Rooms were comfortable with microwave and refrigerator. Lots of seating for groups to visit.

Was upgraded to a suite, yet paid less it seemed than what the room was truly worth. Clean, friendly hotel staff, breakfast was great.

From the intial check in - very personable and helpful clerk, to a "you can't beat it " breakfast buffet, and a very good restaurant, Top Notch.

Great rates, clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was very good. Restaurant was good also. Main entrance door is a little unremarkable and easy to miss however. Will probably stay again next year.

It was nice and we were able to take our dog. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed the pool.

Check in was quick and easy. Kids loved the pool and variety of hot breakfast food.

“Good location, skip buffet”

If you have a reason to be in Sedalia this Hotel has a convienent location and is clean & well maintained. I might suggest however that you go elsewhere for breakfast. The Buffet was poorly maintained with silverware, and coffee, it was a scavenger hunt to find everything you needed. Service staff seemed as if they were kind of use to this, ie. pumps on coffee urns not working, comments about the coffee not being too good. The food on the buffet was cold even though we were there very early, and the milk for the cereal was warm & starting to go a little south. The staff overall were very pleasant and the reason for our choice did not really include getting a free breakfast.
