Pros: It was clean.
Location: There was a movie house across the street; it was next to Coltons Steak House (which we like) and Tractor Supply, Wal-Mart
Easy location to fine and convenient to other stores and sites.

No breakfast after 9:30 AM and kids do not drink coffee at thr bar... No cleaning/ making of the bed if one single personal item is on it ...it is embarrasing to call the front desk at 9 Pm ...

we were in town for my niece wedding and needed place to relax at night. It was very welcoming and clean as we entered into the hotel. Room was very clean with comfortable beds. We noticed few families with children at the pool, yet did not hear any noise. Next time we are in town, most likely we will be staying at this hotel.

My business and family brings me to Sedalia alot. I have stayed at all the hotels. This one by far is the best. Wished it was a little cheaper, but at least it is very clean.
