“Superb modern re-work of a 19th century industrial building in a beautiful location”

We stayed one night on our journey north. The conversion to a modern hotel is very well done & quite stylish in a minimalist way. The location on the river looking across to the castle of Clisson is superb. The food & the staff in the restaurant were both excellent. The only negative aspect was the poor attitude of the reception staff who failed to acknowledge our presence until they felt like it!
