Very quit sleep. Bed was firm but noisy. Creeked when you got out of bed. Sheets where rough. Very clean over all. Breakfast area was small. No lobby, was a little mislead with pictures. Ok place for a good nights rest. Not a place to hang out.

I often stay here when showing at Cowpokes Arena. My room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and microwave. Except for a room full of small, barking dogs on my last night, by midnight the property was quite enough for a good night's sleep.

The Econ-lodge is good for the price it is well lite at night and the staff where nice it’s an old hotel but for 60.00 a night you can’t go wrong.room was clean don’t know what else to say.

This hotel was dirty, it reeked of cigarettes (we tried 2 rooms), was noisy, and our room heater did not work. Don’t stay here, it’s not worth the low price.

Nice, basic room with a faux wood floor that's ideal If you're showing horses at Cowpoke's Arena. Microwave and mini fridge made it easy to have a meal if it was too late to eat at one of the nice nearby restaurants or fast food joints.

I stayed at this property for only 5 hours and left running out of there due to bed bugs. the front desk workers went up they did not believe me after i showed them pictures. They left me waiting in the receiption when they came back they said so sorry will have the manager call you. Never got call back till I called four times only for the manager to tell me they have to contact pest control because she found nothing in my room This is the wrost experience ever.

During a storm that took out the electricity in the area for 4 days I reserved a room but by accident made the reservations for 2 weeks later. Exedpia and the hotel refused to move my reservation or refund my money.

The outside is not that appealing but our King room was very nice. The room was updated with hard flooring not carpet which was nice. Bed was comfortable.

It was scary at night that's for certain, and in the daylight it was a little better. The bathroom was not up to par at all, but the staff was nice! We found a nice walking trail near hear, well about nine miles away, and enjoyed that as well.

Pleasant stay.
The motel room is comfortable. The front desk clerk, Robin, does a great job. He is friendly and engaging. Always asking if I needed anything else. He is knowledgeable about the area. When I first checked in he was telling me where the stores are. I dealt with a few other of the staff as well. All were friendly.

The room had a horrible mold smell, bed linens needed to be replaced very thin, stained bath towels, floor needed cleaned, air conditioning unit needed cleaned dust and dirt build up inside unit. Staff was friendly.

The room was clean and provided the basics. Our room was on the ground floor, so street noise and visitors sitting near our door could be clearly heard. Nice to have a continental breakfast, though limited, the next day.

The property was ok the checkin was a nightmare the fronteeis explained Expedia paid 53 dollar and the card declined / not sure if the frontdesk lady was following procedures correctly she gets a call explaining to her how to process 3rd party acct and after a good 2 Good long hours and persistently trying to have me book another room with my money not accounting that I’ve already paid Expedia for the reservation gives me one key… Expedia made up for it monetary I would recommend you guys to try and come to a different hotel in cloverdale. The breakfast was an apple and there wasn’t any coffee left

Desk clerk Amber made my stay!
A good stay, notable because of the great service of desk staff Amber. Key card didn’t work. She cheerfully cut a new key. Then TV didn’t work. No signal. She amazingly proclaimed herself an IT nerd and had it working in 5 minutes. Kudos to Amber!

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.
