The pictures on the website did NOT match the room we got. It was so unsafe and dirty that my family couldn't even stay there. They refused to refund us because we had already checked in. The staff was very rude and didn't care that their was mold in the bathroom and bird poop all over the side walk. Also cigarette buts and dog poop all over outside. I hated this short experience and hope no one stays here. It was awful!

I am a single woman who travels for work and has for a long time. I did not feel safe there. I got 2 hours of sleep. The room is old, dirty, and hasn’t been CLEANED, like simply wiping down the walls in years. Too much outside noise, the door barely latched. My firearm was with me in the room the whole night. I got up in the morning and left immediately, far ahead of what I planned. I was not comfortable at the thought of using the shower and panicked at having to use the bathroom.

Not sure why this insists we stayed at a Days Inn, (we never do) this was a Hampton Inn. It was clean and comfortable.

Hotel room was dingy and not super clean . We only stayed there because of limited options at the time . Something must have been going on in town that had most hotel rooms full

I like the price of the facility, that it was pet-friendly, and it served a hot breakfast. I did not like that my window was wide open to the courtyard. I also didn't like that my doors didn't close securely. A good hard kick or push would have it open. Additionally, there was a large gap around the doorjamb of the front door and the adjoining door. There was also very little insulation between the rooms. My dog spent most of the night barking at all the noise.

At our check in,Rochelle was very kind and patient when I was having problems with my online reservation. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. There was some highway noise and the breakfast bar was minimal.

The room next to ours had a noisy party and they were up most of the night, talking, rolling the chair around on the laminate flooring, very noisy. I realize this could be an isolated incident but the is also a train that good through town and blows its horn very close to the hotel multiple times during the night. We didn’t sleep at all.

There seem to be flies that linger on the property, that seem to end up inside the room. There were about 2 flies in my room the whole time I stayed. I kept killing them but again there are flies outside the doorstep. The staff clean very well. As for the people that rent, a lot of the occupancy are blue collar workers. They tend to drink and chat into the night which isn't that loud if your use to a city environment. I sleep with the TV on for noise so I didn't mind.

The rooms were dirty and smelled. The reason I say rooms is because my first room did not lock and smelled of a dead animal. They moved us to a different room and it smelled dirty. The walls were cracked. The sink was not mounted correctly. The building behind was full of transients. The lobby was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was not very good and the selections were outdated. The Staff was very friendly. I would not recommend this site to anyone. Me and my daughter did not feel safe and the room was not refundable. The price was way too high for the service. I picked this location on reviews and stars. I will no longer trust that mode of location again.

The suite I was in had flooring starting to come up. The sink did not drain well. In addition, the walls had chips out of it. The price was reflective of this, but would probably not stay there again. Staff was very nice.

Outside area needs some work. Bathroom curtain wouldn't stay closed because the rod was loose. Door closed and locked but looked like it must have been pried open at some point.

I ended up staying here four nights in a row as my travel plans kept changing, and honestly it was a great hotel. It’s not very new and kind of odd in places, but it was well kept and the staff was extremely courteous. The big open space behind the front desk and bar is wild and cannot be missed. But genuinely - I would come back to this hotel a million times because the people were so kind and the hotel itself was so interesting.

Dingy but with some effort to maintain it. The property advertises a pool. It was drained of all water in March during our visit. My kids keep referring to the “gross place” we stayed at.
