“For the price you can't beat it!”

Very good service.. friendly..clean room with very good water pressure. I enjoyed my stay it was better than some of the pricier hotels. The furnishings are somewhat dated but the bed and pillows were very comfortable! If all you require is a place to rest a good shower and a decent television I would highly recommend it.! When I go back to Clovis I will stay here again.

The motel is older, but it's clean, and the staff was courteous and quickly fulfilled any requests we had for our comfort. We very much enjoyed our three and a half week stay there.

It was an alright place to stay, old but clean. False advertising - no free breakfast as was in the advertised description.

Alright, there's no point in bashing this place for being dirty, unclean, too small, smelly, whatever, because the fact of the matter is, is it's a small little motel where any reasonable person who is just passing through will just stay for only one night. That being said, let me tell you about it. It's cozy, the A/C & heater work, there were two spiders but nothing I couldn't handle, and there's only BASIC cable without local channels. The Wi-Fi worked on & off because they're missing a router, but there's an unsecured network you can leech off of nearby. The only reason why this has 2 stars is because my sheets were not washed, nor were the pillow cases. When I crawled into bed I noticed female head hairs inside the sheets and make-up smudge on the pillow case. I grabbed my balls & dealt with it because it was only one night. Other than that, the staff is VERY friendly & will tend to your needs.

I would recommend if you are looking for a cheap place to stay, but overall it's age and smell match the outside look. There was no issue with the staff...just not a fresh, clean atmosphere.

The bathroom floor was dirty. The TV remote didn't work well. Although there was a plastic container for ice, but the ice machine was broken and appeared to have been out of commission for some time. The attendant said I could make ice in the small fridge in the room. But there were no trays, and, anyway, the fridge was only slightly cool. The only plus was the bed, which was comfortable. I still would not recommend this motel.
