“"Room" for improvement”

I wanted a hotel in the woods with quiet country surroundings. I found it at Peek n Peak. I exercise best when I have access to a swimming pool and the pool was great. I did not plan to golf but I liked the looks of the greens, fairways, layouts, etc. My wife and I enjoyed our meal at the restaurant. The wife found a hole in the blanket on the bed and we smelled mildew in the room and especially in the hallway to the room. The staff fixed the blanket right after they were told about it. I expected the mildew; don't know what they could do about the mildew and it wouldn't keep me from going back.

“The old room.”

Was excited to stay at the Peek,but very disappointed with our room. My husband coughed all weekend while we were in the room. Your could smell the musty smell and thery sprayed with a room freshner to hide the smell.the air conditioner didn't work and the coffee was old along with the creamer packets,they were hard as a rock. Our room really needed to have a make over.
