Shower head needed to be replaced. It sprayed everywhere from the screw on part of the head. Lots of cats on the property which my daughter thought was fun.

The property was conveniently right off the freeway. The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were surprisingly large and modern, and the breakfast was nice.

The clerk that checked me in was the friendliest I have ever had at a hotel. The room was clean and hot water was instant.

It's a modest property but the rooms were well-designed and quiet and the staff was friendly. It's located across the freeway from Harris Ranch, which has a good restaurant, and there's a Starbucks a block away. The only odd thing is that there were a large number of feral cats on the property (they put food out for them) and also a large number of pigeons. We didn't find this particularly problematic, just odd.

This hotel smelled like a ton of perfume had been sprayed. There are stray cats everywhere and attacked my dog and I. During the night in the bathroom was a huge tarantula size spider that luckily I saw and killed. It freaked me out so bad I couldn't even sleep and had to close the bathroom door. There are pigeons on the roof and the coo all night long. There is no dining except for fast food which I hate. The only saving grace was a Starbucks across the street but it's so busy it took forever and they were out of most of their items. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and I will NEVER stay there again. They charged me for my dog and she's an emotional support dog what he hell!!!

We are working with our pest control services and housekeeping staff to do our best to keep the bugs out of the rooms. Our pest control company is also working to find a solution to keep the pigeons away. As for dining options, there is a steakhouse/BBQ across from us, a Mexican taqueria, and Denny's next door. Again, we appreciate you taking the time to write and we will continue to make improvements.
