Overall the staff was great, but other parts were a hot mess. For one, the elevator had a large weird smudge of a viscous white/clear substance I hope was lotion on the door… which was also in a few places along the hallway walls. As for the room, there was an odd stain on the carpet as soon as you enter and several more on the couch that were less than pleasant. There was accumulated dust in a few places and the picture frames were also damaged. The shower was weirdly hardly to turn off, too. It’s a shame because the place looks great on the outside but the room was just a no. I expected more.

Did not like the smell of pot in the hallway. We booked mainly for the pool and it was closed. The property did not notify guests to let them know ahead of time. There was a large party in the lobby that was pretty noisy when we checked in. The one staff person working was busy trying to help guests and the party.

Not bad but not up to Courtyard standards. Toilet seat was barely connected. Checked in at 5 a mechanic was off duty and all tools locked up so repair person could only attach one bolt. When you arrive if you'd like a coffee it's the usual Starbucks charge, most places have coffee and hot water available in the lobby all the time. Twice I went by the registration counter to talk with someone but nobody there. Waited a few mins but no person. Could have called instead and I imagine that would have worked but didn't bother. Generally no smiles on any workers I saw and seemed like not a happy place.

The heat in my room did not work. The “heat mode” on the panel of the in-room heater/AC simply blew cold air. The thermostat on the wall by the door had been disconnected. Also, the market in the lobby is far too expensive. It’s one thing to charge for convenience, but charging $10.07 for a Snickers bar and a bottle of Ginger Ale is highway robbery.
