“"Chase means run for your life"”

This place was horrible. The towels and sheets were dingy(brown), the toilet stool was rocky, little bugs were flying around in the room, the shower head looked to be about 50 years old, room had an odor of mildew, they had placed plug-in to cover the smell. Not to mention the night before my husband had placed the "no room service (STICKER) on the door. Well, the maid did'nt knock just stuck the key in the door and proceded to come in, Thank God we had the bolt on the door, so it only came open a little. If you are a woman this place is "dangerous" if you are alone. Ending, this place should be demolished. Remember they will try to (CON) you by telling you they are doing alot of remodeling. Hint, Hint the room I stayed in was supposed to be remodeled.

“no no no. DON'T DO iT...”

I arrived tired at 11 pm. The front door was locked. Hooray security. After buzzing and waiting for 9 min. FINALLY I was let in. Registered, got my key and hurried off to my room. Upon entry to the room there were 5 HUGE stains on the rug. Pink , White and PUKE. The chain for the window covering was on the floor and the fridge sounded like an old tractor plowing through chain mail. I called the front desk right away to ask for a new room 1st thing in the morning. Please leave a note for the morning manager. AM: No note.....Lots of drama , got a new room & it was worse the the 1st one. By the way I forgot to mention the Japanese beetles that infested both rooms made for poor company. Called the front desk again. Had to wait AGAIN. 1 hr later got a 2 bedroom suite that was newly remodeled. It was lovely. Minus the air conditioning not working, and the stopped up kitchen sink due to the disposal not working. ROOM 4 Everything is working but I'm having trouble with all the doors. The closet door fell off. The bathroom towel bar fell off. Nightstand lamp missing a bulb. When I tried to light the fire place and almost burned the joint down. FIRE ALARM FIRE ALARM....... Do yourself a favor JUST SAY NO Thanks you Urban Traveler

“Disappointed”

I have stayed at this hotel one time a couple years back and it was nothing like it is now. I recently stayed in a penthouse suite and it was nothing to write home about, however I really unhappy. Also I reserved a 2 bedroom suite and as well not happy with the appearance. Both rooms had odors as though they were vacant for years, not enough linen for beds or pull out bed, couch was broken (had a dip in the middle), not enough kitchen supplies (no rag, dish detergent, etc.), the remote did not work (front desk told me I could purchase batteries from the machine in the lobby), breakfast was a complete joke (the cook said she put out what she had), not enough staff for this large property. THIS PROPERTY NEEDS MAJOR RENERVATIONS

There are many exciting things to do at the Baltimore Harbor for fine dining and entertainment. Moreover right across the street is the Power Plant where there is many bars and clubs that would be suitable for everybody's taste and desires.

“Never Ever Stay at this Hotel!”

Wow, I had been warned before about this hotel, but I needed to book something in Hunt Valley, and there was no availability anywhere else. Where to begin...the hotel is in severe disrepair. When checking in, I had to wait behind three separate people complaining about a/c not working, shower heads leaking, and closet doors broken. The staff seemed rather unphased by these complaints. After checking in, I noticed my room was dingy, the countertops had not been wiped clean in the kitchen, the shampoo bottle was half empty (and not replaced after the previous occupant), the closet didn't open, and the towels were practically threadbare. I complained about the closet, and I was told to use another closet in my room. The room didn't have an alarm clock, so I called the front desk to get a wake up call. Surprise, surprise, 6:30 am...and no wake up call. When I checked out, I took a look at the "hot breakfast" that was included in the room charge. The food looked quite questionable, and the bagels looked as if they had been there for a week.

“Very poor customer service.”

We arrived late the first evening to the hotel. The front desk manager gave us 4 keys because he said the keys weren't working. This was the first sign of a problem. We went to take showers and the handle for the shower was broken, therefore there was no way to adjust the hot and cold water and the only way to turn on the water was to push the screw up and down that once held the handle. I informed the front desk of this issue the very next morning and they said they would have their maintenance man fix it. We came back that night and the handle was still broken. I immediately called the front desk and they tell me maintenance is gone for the day they will tell them again tomorrow. I said this is not acceptable we'd like another room a room with a broken shower handle isn't acceptable. The front desk said oh I will have to look if we have anymore rooms and never followed through. Needless to say we stayed here 3 nights with a room with a broken shower. The lack of concern by the employees and sense of urgency really bothered me. I absolutely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

“nice space - but average conditions”

I recently staryed there during a remodel so keep that in mind. Place is not emaculate condtion. We had alot of light bulbs that were burt out and not replaced and the funiture was somwhat old, but they are remodeling as we speek. It reminds me of being in a dorm room or condo. Keep in mind again a lot of the guest stay there for weeks at a time so the suites are definately lived in.

“SERIOUSLY DISSATISFIED”

When checking into the Hotel the Hotel staff could not locate my or another customer's reservation. Subsiquently they said they found it but charged me 199.18 ontop of the money I had already spent to book the hotel through expedia. The room was decent and had an issue with my Fiance's watch going missing. The toilet in our first room broke and we had to move rooms (which the staff was relatively helpful with.) All in all with the additional charges, the lack of preparedness and the watch going missing I would not recommend this Hotel.

“Perfectly placed”

Everything was awesome!! We wanted to be in Baltimore a lot and we were worried that it would be a long drive there, but it only took about 15 minutes, and it was very easy top get there. Around the hotel were a bunch of attractions too and lots of places to eat and hang out. The only thing that was strange was that both mornings we were there, housekeeping knocked on our door around 8:30 am to clean. We were still getting up and ready to go out. And the first day, they tried to come in. Good thing we had the extra lock on!! Other than that, we had a great stay!! We would definitely go back there!
