We swam in the ocean, and the hotel pool. Walked to the local pier, watched the surfers and fisherman. Watched the cruise ships come and go from our balcony. Hotel staff arranged for our transportation to and from our cruise.

We love this place. The personel are friendly & will help in any way. The rooms are all 2 bedroom suites.
The swimming pool (and the kiddie pool) are large and very clean and well maintained.
There are free gas BBQ grills all over the place for any guest to use.
There is also many choices of fast foor (and pizza) resterunts with-in walking distance of the motel.
This is the ONLY place we will stay when in Coco Beach..
The main TV in the livingroom is a large flat screen.

Definitely not luxurious but meets the mark if you are looking to save a few bucks along the way traveling. Appreciated tile flooring versus yukky carpet especially being on the beach. Colors were cute and it was obvious that the owners were trying to provide quality accommodations.

Could not have stayed at a better location. It was very close to a grocery store, restaurants, etc. The condo was very spacious and had everything you needed. Teenage sons enjoyed full size basketball and tennis courts. Great pool and hot tub. Had large exercise room and even a small free movie theater. It didn't help that the weather was perfect the week we were here. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area. You WILL NOT be disappointed.
