“The best motel with the most comfortable bed and pillows!”
This was the best cabin motel ever. Very friendly and cabins were clean and very comfortable. Beds were to die for! I would recommend them highly.
“A Good Place To Stay in Cody”
Stayed here for 4 days while visiting Yellowstone. Room was very comfortable and well appointed but had no refrigerator or coffee maker, a minor inconvenience. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast wasn't much but I'm not a breakfast person anyway. The coffee was good and available all day in the office. If you want a full breakfast there's a diner just across the street. It's on the way out of Cody, heading towards Yellowstone but Cody isn't that big of a place and the drive back in to town takes about 2 minutes. There are a couple of good places to eat quite close, The Terrace for one was excellent. If I'm ever in Cody again, this would be the place that I'd stay.
“Great Cabin in Cody!”
What a unique hotel! The cabins were very roomy and nicely decorated with a western theme. Could park adjacent to the cabin which helped with luggage. Staff was very helpful and reccomended a very good restaurant (The Terrace). We throughly enjoyed our stay!!
“trip”
The hotel was great as were the staff
“even the owner brought sodas to our room cause the vending machine was not working. now thats servic”
same as above!
“Good stay”
Log cabin style motel done to a very good standard. Bit out of town so only convenient for Rodeo, when on, and The Cody Cattle Company, which is right next door and which I would highly recommend for dinner and show.
“A nice place to stay in Cody, Wyoming”
We were able to stay just one night in Cody this year, since we were making a quick trip through Yellowstone. The Cody Cowboy Village is a very quaint collection of nearly new 1-bedroom duplex log cabins. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the area was quiet when we were there. There is a breakfast area in the main "lodge" building, along with free WiFi inside and out on the back deck. The CCV was a bit further out from town than what I thought we wanted, but it's not really that far. It's within walking distance of the Cody Nite Rodeo grounds. And, it's only a short 5-minute drive to downtown Cody. Overall, the CCV was an A+ for us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
“A good choice for our visit”
This hotel is located on the main road to Yellowstone, a short distance from downtown Cody. We stayed 2 nights. The location was excellent from our perspective since it was within walking distance (about 1/4 mile via sidewalk) to the Cody Rodeo, a short drive to the Buffalo Bill Historical Center and downtown restaurants, and across the street from the best breakfast place in town (Our Place). Available rooms are located in well maintained cabins (most units are 2 per cabin). We rented one of the larger units (queen suite), which we thought was well worth the up charge. It was spaceous and comfortable for our party of three. The continental breakfast (included in room cost) was no frills but quite adequate and refreshed as needed during busy times. Eating area was clean with inside and outside seating. The only negative for us was that there are no in-room coffee makers, which required short walk to office area to get coffee from breakfast area. Would definitely stay here if in Cody again .
“Can't wait to go back...”
We were very pleased with the location of the hotel in relation to Yellowstone Nat'l Park, as well as, the surrounding areas. Especially loved the Rodeo and the Buffalo Bill Cultural Center.
“Very Impressed with our stay there!”
This hotel was awesome. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The people at the desk where great and very friendly and couldn't do enough to make your stay enjoyable.
