The room is spacious and quiet. The room we got was conveniently located in relation to the front desk, the restaurant, parking, and the pet area provided outside. I will definitely consider staying here again as well as other locations as I travel and make plans in the future. Our dog received a little gift bag with a soft toy and treats, and a poop bag.

The parking is ample and the facility is close to shopping centers etc. The bar and grill is nice and had entertainment. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

This was a super convenient, reasonably priced place to stay during a recent trip we took for medical reasons. Mulligans restaurant was very good for dinner. The included continental breakfast was EXCELLENT. All staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is my husband and I found the king-sized bed to be a bit uncomfortable.

The main reasons we picked this property was the Best Western name, and that it was both pet-friendly and had a restaurant on-premises. It was also convenient from the interstate and to other businesses. We’ll be back if we ever need a place to stay again in Couer d’Alene

The staff was super friendly and ready to help. This is a very well-staffed hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and warm. Mulligan's is the best 'hotel restaurant' at which I have ever eaten. The restaurant hours are a little early for our tastes, but that would be the only thing.

Great Fall stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. Although we had to drive a short distance to the water area locations, it wasn’t bad. The staff were very friendly. My only recommendation would be for the staff to have more experience with the available ‘tourist’ attractions so they can provide info to guests. We had an issue with hot water and they responded right away. Food was great in the restaurant and they accommodated my husband’s food allergies. Breakfast was great. Large parking area and it felt safe although we didn’t walk anywhere from the hotel. Lots to do in the area and we will return again next year!

Fantastic place to stay!
Fantastic place to stay! Gorgeous lobby with friendly competent staff. Pool and hot tub amazing! Beds very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway or just a fun place to stay all around. Did I mention they have a full service restaurant and bar?
