This is a note to the owner of the property. We appreciate the investment you have made into this old property and wish you well. However, as a frequent traveler, I hope you find these suggestions useful. Before the suggestions though, we found Laurie quite helpful and nice. First, the disenfectant or deordorant you are using is way too powerful or you need to tone it down. Our room smelled so intense but we were fortunate that Laurie put us in a new room. In that room, the smell was less but we found the ROKU tv that you have installed did not work. As we were informed, "sorry, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't." The breakfast is average at best for a "bed and breakfast". French toast, scambled eggs and warmed up ham was ok, but maybe consider at least buying some local syrup or local pastries to spruce it up a bit. Now, please, please consider adding some more tables and chairs for folks to sit and eat. If you are only going to allow one time to eat at 9am for all guests, the least you could do would be to have more than one table for six guests and another little steel table with two chairs and another with one. Consider getting rid of all of the big wood tables that are for sale and actually put in seating for the guests so they can put their food and coffee somewhere. BTW, the deordorant noticed. Lastly, it was a unique feel to always have to unlock locks and enter codes everywhere. We wish you the best but here are some things to work on. Good luck.
