“West Vancouver travelling through”

A very pleasant stay. A very clean and friendly hotel. We thought ,from the description, that we were going to be staying in downtown Coeur D'Alene but this location in Post Falls suited our needs very well as it was only a short drive off the Highway to the heart of town. We would stay here again on our travels

“Holiday Stay”

We were greeted warmly on a cold winter day. Our room was ready and we appreciated an early check in on the ground floor as requested. The room was clean and fresh and comfortably appointed. We awoke early and even though we were going out for breakfast later we ate a snack in the breakfast room. I had whole wheat toast with peanut butter and my husband had hard boilded eggs. We also enjoyed delicious Tazo tea. This was a pleasant experience and we will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends.

The only thing I would suggest is that they add some fresh fruit to the continental breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. It was nice that we could bring our dog.

Hotel staff do whatever it takes to make your stay the best. Hotel manager did a terrific job. Their continental breakfast was the best I even had. I would stay here again!

This is a very comfortable hotel in Post Falls. We try to stay here each time we visit. When we have to bring our cat they are very accommodating even when we made our reservations on line.

PB&J sandwich snacks at night. Facility is clean, decent looking and feeling - this was a very good value for a comfortable night's stay. Front staff very helpful and provided attentive customer service that we've not experienced in this cost-level of hotel on prior trips. Bathroom sparkling clean, as were the snowy white sheets - a bonus for sure! More family oriented -- not necessarily a romantic weekend facility -- but there's lots to do and see, either way.

“Ok standard hotel”

Location to freeway is convenient but you do get a little road noise no way to avoid that. It happened to be a hot weekend 90+ degrees so our air conditioner had to run quite often. This was unfortunately very load like a care coming through the room. At night it would wake us up every 25 min. Otherwise the hotel met our needs.
