DisappointedPosted Aug 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
I recently had a great stay in a Comfort Inn closer to Spokane so was expecting something similar here. Our room had no microwave or refrigerator (which we really needed), beds were as hard as the floor and the bedspreads had cigarette burns on them (non smoking room). Not my worst experience with a hotel but I won't stay there again.

Fair hotel when the price is right.Posted Jul 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
We like staying in this hotel sometimes based on it's location. The price varies extremely throughout the year and when you decide to book. When it is toward the bottom $90 range I don't mind staying here. I have seen it priced up toward the $200 range. It's a homey little place with good service. There are some fast food places and convenient stores up the road. Possibly walking distance if you don't mind a little walk. It is easy to get to and from the interstate which makes it convenient if you just need somewhere to stop on your way through.

Great value and conveniencePosted Jun 30, 2013
Pros: Convenient, friendly, clean, good value. Good parking.
Location: Lots of box stores. Close to Spokane Valley Mall; close to Spokane.
Easy access from I90; extremely friendly staff/owner. Hearty breakfast with very good variety. Clean and very comfortable. Lots of stores nearby. Very pleasant experience and will keep in mind for future trips in spokane/Spokane Valley region. Thank you from well rested Canucks.

Overnight in Post FallsPosted Jun 16, 2013
Pros: Hotel staff was very helpful about area restaurants and directions to Coeur D'Alene downtown area.
Cons: Internet service on hotel computer is very slow so if you need to use it, be patient. This hotel does not have an elevator.
Location: Close to Coeur D'Alene lake, waterpark and downtown area, and convenient enough to Spokane airport.
Stayed here one night on way back from Glacier National Park to make a flight at Spokane airport the following day.

I would not stay here again.... ever.Posted May 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
This place was not much fun for any of us. We had just spent the previous night at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Spokane Valley and had a wonderful experience. We had similar expectations since we were staying at another Comfort Inn relatively close to the other one. Boy were we wrong...... Upon arrival I immediately noticed the property appeared much older. Once I checked in, I was astounded to find out there is not an elevator. I have a huge family and as such we had many bags. I could hardly sleep in the night due to the noise levels and constant door slamming. The carpet is and bedding is very out dated and looked dirty. And the hot free breakfast they advertise is not even marginal ! The staff did not seemed concerned with customer service at all. Do your self a favor and stay at the one in Spokane Valley. It will be a much more enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Good for the price. Hotel did not have an elevator..which made it difficult for me to walk up the stairs since I had a foot operation earlier. Don't know if I ever stayed at a motel without one? People were very friendly. Didn't have any shaving cream for me which the airport confiscated! A bathroom note from the motel staff said "If I forgot something" they would be happy to provide...but they didn't have the shaving cream.

Will stay there againPosted Mar 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel staff made sure that towels were replaced daily. We had forgotten to pack toothbrushes and dental floss, and these were available at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were hassle free. We will have to make a trip to Post Falls again next year, and will definitely be booking a room here again.
