Excellent Hotel
I stayed in a King Suite. It was fantastic! Morning breakfast was excellent as well as the warm chocolate chip cookies in the evening!

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. However the rooms on the second floor above the pool have very strong chlorine smells that can be irritating to sensitive lungs. Also both the tv’s in the room were very glitchy. I’m Not sure if it was the cable feed or the tv themselves.

Hi Anne!I want to apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. I have brought your feedback about the chlorine smell in your room to our engineering department so they can institute a fix.Our service provider for the cable service is currently undergoing maintenance and changing their lines over to fiber. This has caused our TVs to glitch periodically, but they normally correct themselves within an hour or so. I'm sorry you experienced this issue, but we've been told it will be corrected shortly.I hope you come visit us again soon so we can have another chance at impressing you!Thank you!

Great place to stay.
Loved that it has two entry doors. It made it easy to unload items from the car and take them directly to the room, without dragging everything through the lobby. The breakfast buffet was amazing and plentiful. They have a great outside area to sit and a heated patio. And a great dog area.

The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Our room faced the street and we heard traffic most of the night that we had to drown out with music. There room had a very heavy smell of deodorizer which took a few hours to disperse with the window open. There was also a continual very heavy cooking smell (like bacon frying) in the halls and stairway. It was fine for a night’s stopover.

Hi Peggy,I apologize for the issues you had with your stay. I'm not sure what the smell was in the hallways that you experienced that night, as we don't have a restaurant on site. We do have odor neutralizers in the common areas and hallways to alleviate smells that may be coming from another guest's room - I'm sorry that this didn't seem to help during your stay.I'm sad to learn that the room didn't live up to your expectations with the road noise and a deodorizer smell. In the future, if you're experiencing any issues like this, our friendly front desk staff would love to take care of them by moving you to a more quiet or less nasally offensive room! We are staffed 24/7 at the front desk, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns you may have.I hope you give us another chance and come see us again soon. We would love to take another shot at impressing you!

The shower had a glass sliding door and it looked like someone broke one of the doors and hotel staff put in a shower curtain rod and curtain to enclose the rest of the shower, so when taking a shower the curtain was always sticking to you. It felt like you were staying in a 25$ a night hotel. We pay extra to stay in nice hotels and to have this was disappointing.

I stayed here with my spouse and two elementary aged children to visit the nearby Silverwood Theme Park in Athol. We enjoyed our time so much here we wish we would have had one extra day to spend in the area. The hotel exceeded our expectations for this class of hotel. Breakfast had enough variety, front desk staff were very friendly and warm, rooms were clean and updated enough. There is a pool that seemed to be pretty popular with families that we unfortunately did not get to check out. I liked the location. Coeur d'Alene is beautiful. We will stay here on our next visit. Thank you for your hospitality.
