Friendly greeting. Room was clean; not cramped. Did not use the pool but seemed to be decent size, and a hot tub, if I remember correctly. Excellent breakfast. Not a five star motel, but excellent for the price.

This was only an overnight stop so was perfect for me. Quick exit from the freeway and easy entrance back. Did not use any of common amenities but did appreciate the decent refrigerator in the room and the selection of channels available on cable. Might suggest a quick vacuum of edges of the room.

The pillows were horrid. The bathroom had bugers on the wall. The bathroom had a broken tile that wasn't sealed back down leaving sharp edges sticking up. The sink wouldn't drain so you had standing dirty water in it. The window was cracked and let in cold air. The place was generally just not clean. This was the second room because the first one was ice cold and the heater didn't work.

Tired hotel, room swap (1st=smoke smell) not equal
Tired hotel, needs updated - not just for visuals. 1st room nice & large, but smelled heavily of formerly having smoking allowed in it. Guy at desk was really friendly, sprayed Febreze & offered to swap room. I had booked a King + hide-a-bed for 3 people. Husband didn't end up coming, so room without hide-a-bed would be okay. 2nd room was significantly smaller! It smelled fine, but bed looked small. Desk guy said it was the same size. No refund for price difference of smaller room, because I had booked original so far ahead and he said "today's price" of smaller room was the same. When we got home I saw that this was truly a queen bed, NOT king (not equal size). Guy at front desk (Sunday a.m.) ran the breakfast, desk, dishes, and laundry. One man band! He worked his tail off, but when there are a bunch of people having breakfast (needing food replenished) and checking out at the same time, the hotel really needs more staff on hand.

After checking in around 9:30 PM I went and grabbed the snack when I came back to the hotel to put the snack in the microwave. It popped a breaker and I had no power in my hotel room for the rest of the night. in the morning I asked about it and they said there was no way for a refund at that time of night. I didn’t feel like complaining but taking a shower. The next morning in the dark was not a good experience.. asked about a refund they said no.

AN INCREDIBLE, REFRESHING & FRIENDLY HOTEL
This was our second visit to this hotel within a 3 month span and just as pleased on the first visit. From the front desk & room cleaning staff, to the actual owners of the hotel, this place has the most hospitable, helpful, polite and guests friendly atmosphere you can ask for! Just the professionalism & pleasantries make up for any possible disappointments you may encounter during your visit. We travel and stay at many different hotels annually throughout the United States and the world, I very rarely ever complement a hotel with such acolytes as I give to Baymont Hotel in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho.
